Objective : Pradhan Mantri Street Vendors Atmanirbhar Nidhi is a special micro-credit facility scheme. Under PM SVANidhi Yojana 2020, the government will give a loan of Rs 10,000 to street and pavement vendors. More than 50 lakh people including vendors, hawkers, thela owners, rehri owners and fruit sellers in different areas will benefit from the scheme. Objective : Under the new National Education Policy (NEP) 2020, the government has made many changes. This new education policy will bring many changes in the education system from school to college level that have not been seen till now. According to former Union Human Resource Development Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal Nishank, the new education policy 2020 brings many big changes from school education to higher education (Graduation and Post Graduation). He said in a press conference that there will be a single regulator for higher education, which does not include law and medical education. The new education policy aims to reach 50 percent GER in higher education by 2035. Under the new education policy 2020, the study structure or curriculum will be prepared on the basis of 5 + 3 + 3 + 4. The last 4 years include classes 9th to 12th. Now if any student wants to learn new skills (like coding, management, research, development) from class 6, they can do so. Objective : Free training program for 42 lakh teachers
Under this teacher training program of the Prime Minister, the Human Resource Development Ministry will give free training (HRD NISHTHA Yojana) to lakhs of teachers. The Human Resource Development Ministry started the NISHTHA Yojana for training teachers from 22 August. The teacher training program (PM NISHTHA Scheme) is the only such program in the world in which 42 lakh teachers will be given free training. NISHTHA Yojana 2019 (Pradhan Mantri NISHTHA Yojana) will include teachers and principals of all government schools. Apart from this, members of SCERT and DIET will also be included. Main Objective : To provide affordable rental accommodation to migrant workers and urban poor to ensure ease of living.
The ARHC scheme will have a 2 pronged approach for the effective implementation. First is the existing vacant government funded housing complexes will be converted into ARHCs through a concession agreement for 25 years. As per the official data, there are 1.2 lakh such govt. houses available under Jawaharlal Nehru National Urban Renewal Mission (JNNURM), PMAY and other state govt's housing schemes. Out of these, Maharashtra has 35,000 accommodations while Delhi has 30,000 accommodations. Concessionaire will make the complexes livable by repair/retrofit and maintenance of rooms. Moreover, govt. will fill up infrastructure gaps like water, sewer/septage, sanitation, roads among others. States/UTs will select concessionaire through transparent bidding. The aim of SERB Accelerate Vigyan Scheme is to expand the research base in the country. It has 3 broad goals namely consolidation/aggregation of all scientific training programs, initiating high-end orientation workshops and creating opportunities for Research Internships. ABHYAAS is a program of AV scheme which is an attempt to boost Research and Development (R&D) in the country. Main Objective : To provide access to information, training, better exposure and formalization of micro food enterprises.
This PM FME scheme aims to bring in new technology apart from providing affordable credit to help small entrepreneurs penetrate new markets. Under the PM FME scheme, micro enterprises will get 35% subsidy on project cost, with a ceiling of Rs 10 lakh. The beneficiaries will have to contribute at least 10% of the project cost while the balance will come from loans. Nearly 200,000 micro enterprises will get credit-linked subsidy support.

National Cooperative Development Corporation (NCDC) has started a series of initiatives in the cooperative sector entrepreneurship development ecosystem through capacity development. Sahakar Mitra Scheme is going to provide young professionals an opportunity of practical exposure and learning from the working of NCDC and cooperatives as a paid intern. Under Sahakar Mitra Internship Yojana, professionals in disciplines including Agriculture and allied areas, IT, Agri-business, Cooperation, Finance, International Trade, Forestry, Rural Development, Project Management will be eligible for the paid internship. Prime Minister Narendra Modi announced the start of the Aatmanirbhar Bharat Abhiyan while addressing the nation at 8 pm on 12 May 2020, along with an economic package of Rs 20 lakh crore to fight Corona. In the Aatmanirbhar Bharat Abhiyan, the Prime Minister stressed on self-reliance and said that India now has to emerge as a producer and industrial hub in the world. Objective : Solar powered irrigation pumps for farmers
Chhattisgarh is one of the many agricultural producing states where paddy is grown the most. That is why this state is also called the 'rice bowl' of central India. Paddy is grown on more than half of the total agricultural land of Chhattisgarh, but irrigation facility is available on only 20% of the cultivated land. To provide irrigation facility to more and more land, the state government started this Saur Sujala Yojana (Solar pump scheme). Under this subsidized solar pump scheme / Saur Sujala Yojana, farmers are given two types of pumps. The first pump is 3 HP which is for small farmers and the second pump is 5 HP which is for big farmers. The CREDA department of Chhattisgarh also helps farmers in installing and maintaining these pumps. Sukanya Samriddhi Yojana is an ambitious small deposit savings scheme for a girl child. After the girl completes 21 years of age, the maturity amount will be returned with interest at the rates decided by the government. Objective : To provide home loans at subsidy to medium income group (MIG) category people
The credit linked subsidy @ 4% will be available for loan amount up to Rs. 9 lacs in case of MIG-I and at 3% for Rs. 12 lacs in case of MIG-II. However, the banks can sanction home loans more than Rs. 9 or 12 lakhs but the subsidy will be restricted to Rs. 9 or 12 lacs. Under PMAY CLSS for MIG, an interest subsidy will be available for a tenor of 20 years or actual tenor of the loan, whichever is lower.
