BPL List 2026 (Latest) - Download PDF (Gram Panchayat Wise) & Check Name in All India SECC 2011 Data

Latest BPL list 2026 as been updated by the central government and respective state governments to provide benefits of social welfare schemes such as Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (Gramin), PM Ujjwala Yojana (PMUY) and many other to the citizens across the country. The selection of beneficiaries for many social welfare schemes is done on the basis of BPL households in the state/country.

The inclusion or exclusion of a family in the 2026 BPL list is already decided in the Socio-Economic Caste Census-2011 data and the complete state wise list of BPL households PDF can be downloaded from the respective websites of state departments. BPL list is must for those who are looking to enroll themselves for availing the benefits of welfare schemes in 2026, especially designed for the BPL families.

The complete state wise list of BPL families / households / candidates can be seen at the official websites of state government departments or in SECC-2011 data. Other than the BPL list, government may decide few other parameters for the selection of beneficiaries for various schemes.

It is important to note that there is no proper BPL list 2026 which is publicly available, as the list is a part of Socio-Economic Cast Census Data – 2011 and the ration card data which is available publicly on the official websites of respective state food departments.

BPL List 2026 - Based on (SECC-2011) NREGA (Now VB - G-RAM-G) Data

The process to check the BPL list or finding name in the list has changed, below are the two new methods using which anyone can check their name in the latest Gram Panchayat wise BPL list:

1. Based On Inclusion & Exclusion in NREGA Scheme

In Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Act (MGNREGA Scheme), most of the BPL households are covered / included, hence, you one can check name in BPL list by looking at the list of NREGA (VB-GRAMG) job cards at its official website. For checking name in the all India final BPL list, based on NREGA job cards list, below is the complete procedure.

Visit the Official MGNREGA Portal

To download the latest BPL list from SECC 2011 Data (based on MGNREGA data), visit the homepage of new VB-GRAMG portal at vbgramg.dord.gov.in

Click on the State Reports Link

On the homepage, click on the "State Reports" link under the "Analytics & Reports" section as shown in the below image.

Select Your State / UT

On the next page, click on the name of state or UT for which you want to see the BPL list

Select Districts Name

On state selection, you will see a page like this below, click on the name of the district in the left column

Select Block

After district name, new page with blocks list will open as below, click on the name of the block of your choice.

Select Gram Panchayat Name

Now the list of gram panchayat in the selected block will be displayed in the left column and the page will look like as below. Click on the name of your Gram panchayat.

Job Card / Employment Register

In the next page, click on the link of "Job card / Employment Register" under the first section of R1. Job card / Registration as shown in below image.

Now the job card list of the selected state, district, block and gram panchayat will open like this in a new page.

• Note: An asterisk (*) means that the job card has been removed.
• Green: Includes a photograph and employment was utilized.
• Gray: Includes a photograph, but no employment was utilized.
• SunFlower: Missing a photograph, but employment was utilized.
• Red: Missing a photograph and no employment was utilized.

Now, all of the names included in this list belongs to BPL category and this can be treated as BPL list of that selected gram panchayat. You can check your name easily by searching in the browser itself or going through the complete list.

How to Download BPL List 2026 PDF

There is no direct PDF download option but you can download the BPL list 2026 PDF by following these steps.

If you want to download BPL list in PDF format from your desktop or laptop, then use "ctrl+p" buttons in your keyboard to open print dialog and save the list in PDF format as given in below image.

If you are checking the BPL list on your mobile, then on the list page, select "Share" and then "Print" to print the complete list in PDF format. This way you will be easily able to download the latest list of BPL households / members in PDF format.

BPL list based on SECC Data 2011 or later inclusions can also be found in the BPL ration card list which is available for all the 35 states and UTs and can be checked through the respective state/UT department website's links given below. To check your name in the IPPE2 final BPL list, candidates can click the "MIS Report" link, enter the captcha answer, select the financial year and your state name as displayed in below image.

In the next page, click on Category wise households / workers under the "Job Card Related Reports" section inside "R1. Beneficiary Details" main section as shown in the below image.

Now, the next page will open like this showing category wise count of household / workers where you can select between All, IPPE & NRLM and filter by all or job cards issued, select the appropriate filters and then click on the name of your district.

On the next screens, select block and then panchayat name, which will take you to the list of NREGA job cards (Almost all of those belongs to the BPL families).

On the next page, you will see the complete list of all NREGA Job Cards or the most of the BPL candidates as shown below.

Finally, candidates can click the "Job Card Number / जॉब कार्ड संख्या" to check the complete details of that job card holder.

Download PDF of BPL List 2026

There is no option to download this IPPE2 SECC list / BPL list file in MS Excel or PDF format. However, you can print it also using "Print" command in Windows (ctrl+P).

If any person belonging to BPL category is able to find their name in the downloaded SECC 2011 data list (All India Final BPL List 2026), then person would be eligible to avail benefits of various govt. schemes.

You can press ctrl+F buttons to open the find dialog and search their name in the BPL list based on NREGA upto 2026-2027. If there are multiple entries with the same name, then match it with the address, name of parents and other details.

2. Check BPL List 2026 Based on Ration Card Data

For people who have are not included in 2011 SECC data can check their name in the ration card list of their respective state. Almost every state in India issues different ration cards to state residents based on their economic status such a APL, BPL or EWS.

The ration card list of almost each state which is available on the respective official ePDS or food and civil supplies department website along with the economic category of the card.

Using this list of ration card holders in this state, you can check the list of BPL families in a particular region, i.e state / district / block or gram panchayat.

SECC-2011 Data Summary - Deprivation Households Data

People can check SECC 2011 Data Summary at the official website - https://secc.gov.in/ and the entire summary report can be checked at the link - https://secc.gov.in/getSeccDataSummaryNationalReport.htm

Click at the option of "Save Report" to save the entire SECC-2011 data report in "Microsoft Office Excel Worksheet" file. Candidates can even check the zone wise list which comprises of the type of households, gender, disability, education, caste, income and employment profile along with assets and land ownership. In addition, category wise list is available for SC / ST / Female / Disabled and other category people. All the displayed data is on the basis of income source, salaried jobs, house type, exclusion, inclusion and deprivation.

The total number of households belonging to Below Poverty Line (BPL) which is an economic benchmark in India stands at about 107.4 million (10.74 crore) in 2011 as per the official data.
