STEP 3: Here people can choose process of registration either “Self Enrollment (using mobile number & OTP)” or “CSC VLE (using CSC connect)” to apply online

STEP 4: For Self Enrollment process, the applicants will have to make login as shown below:-

STEP 5: Enter your mobile number and click “Proceed” button. Then enter OTP received on registered mobile number and click at “Proceed” button. Then PM shram yogi mandhan yojana dashboard will open. Next go to “Service” section and click “Enrollment” link.

STEP 6: A pop up will open containing the name of schemes – Pradhan Mantri Kisan Maandhan Yojana, PM Shram Yogi Maandhan Yojana and National Pension Scheme for Traders & Self Employed Persons Yojana.

The benefits of National Pension Scheme for traders, small shopkeepers and self employed persons are as follows:-

  1. Each beneficiary to get an assured monthly pension of Rs. 3,000 per month on attainment of 60 years of age.
  2. NPS for traders & self employed persons is a voluntary contribution scheme for traders, retailers, small shopkeepers.
  3. Central govt. will also pay an equal amount of contribution.

    • The govt. does not deduct any extra money than specified for the scheme. Please check your bank statement, it may be due to other expenses such as your debit card charges or some other.

  3. a amount of 210 is debiting every month from my account.i have not eligible for this scheme as i am a tax payer.
    and i have not applied for this . please help me….if there is any way to close this scheme and get refund.

    • Exit provisions are as under:
      1) in case an eligible subscriber exits this Scheme within a period of less than ten years from the date of joining the Scheme by him, then his share of contribution only will be returned to him with savings bank rate of interest payable thereon.
      2) if an eligible subscriber exits after completion of a period of ten years or more from the date of joining the Scheme by him but before his age of sixty years, then his share of contribution only shall be returned to him along with accumulated interest thereon as actually earned by the Pension Fund or the interest at the savings bank interest rate thereon, whichever is higher
      3) if an eligible subscriber has given regular contributions and died due to any cause, her/his spouse shall be entitled to continue with the Scheme subsequently by payment of regular contribution as applicable or exit by receiving the share of contribution paid by such subscriber along with accumulated interest, as actually earned thereon by the Pension Fund or at the savings bank interest rate thereon, whichever is higher
      4) in case of exit on account of clauses (i), (ii) and (iii) above, the accumulated share of Government’s contribution shall be credited back to the Pension Fund
      5) any other exit provision, including nomination, as may be decided by the Central Government by issuing instructions from time to time.
      6) after death of subscriber and his or her spouse, the corpus shall be credited back to the fund;
