Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship (MSDE) launched NSDC Aseem Portal on 10 July 2020. At the launch, MSDE Minister Dr Mahendra Nath Pandey said ASEEM portal was built to close the demand supply gap for skilled workers, and to open up more job opportunities for the youth.
