Food and Civil Supplies Department of Uttar Pradesh has released the updated district wise UP Ration Card List online at fcs.up.gov.in. The eligibility list is prepared under National Food Security Act (NFSA) rules and includes below poverty line (BPL), Priority Household (PHH) and Antyodaya Anna Yojana (AAY) beneficiaries. People who applied for a new ration card or changed their household units can now check their name online or download the full list for any district.

UP government has kept this new ration card list public so that finding a beneficiary name becomes easier. The online application can be submitted directly on fcs.up.gov.in as well. The application fee is Rs 20 for a new Priority Household (PHH) ration card and zero for Antyodaya (AAY) cards. After submission, the portal generates a reference number for tracking the application status.
