Uttar Pradesh government launched Yuva Hub Yojana 2026, officially known as Yuva Udyamita Vikas Abhiyan, to reduce unemployment in the state. The scheme was announced in UP Budget 2020-21 presented in the state assembly on 18 February 2020, along with Kaushal Satrang Scheme and Chief Minister Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme (CMAPS).

Under this scheme, the state government planned to set up Yuva Hubs in every district so that unemployed youth can get skill training and suitable jobs as per their qualification. The Yuva Hub work is now carried forward through the UP Skill Development Mission and the Yuva Sathi portal, which brings all youth schemes of the state on a single platform.

Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath continues to hold the charge of Uttar Pradesh and the state government keeps running these youth schemes in 2026. Unemployed youth of the state can register on the official portals to get training, placement and self-employment support.

Uttar Pradesh YUVA Hub Yojana - Yuva Udyamita Vikas Abhiyan

Yuva Udyamita Vikas Abhiyan or Yuva Hub Scheme was launched with Kaushal Satrang Yojana and CM Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme to make youth self dependent. One Yuva Hub was planned in each district of the state. An amount of Rs. 50 crore was proposed to set up YUVA Hub in every district and a target was fixed to train 2 lakh youth in various training programmes of UP Skill Development Mission.

Under Kaushal Satrang Yojana, the state government provides special training to 2.37 lakh people through 7 different components. CM Yuva Hub Yojana is one of these components, for which Rs. 1200 crore has been allocated. The scheme also plans to set up 30,000 startup units in the state.

UP state govt. has set a provision of Rs. 100 crore for CM Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme (CMAPS). This UP Govt. Internship Scheme imparts on-job training to youth of the state. Unemployed candidates get training in MSME units and are linked with employment of definite period. In this scheme, jobless people get Rs. 2500 per month as stipend.

Out of the total stipend, central govt. bears Rs. 1500, state govt. bears Rs. 1,000 and the remaining amount is borne by the concerned industry.

UP Yuva Hub Yojana Apply Online Process

Eligible unemployed youth of Uttar Pradesh can register for skill training and employment support through the official portals. The steps to apply online are given below.

STEP 1 - Visit the official Rojgaar Sangam portal at sewayojan.up.nic.in or the Yuva Sathi portal at yuvasathi.in.

STEP 2 - Click on the job seeker registration or login option and enter your mobile number. An OTP will be sent to the mobile number, enter it to verify.

STEP 3 - Fill in personal details like name, father's name, date of birth, gender, category, address and educational qualification.

STEP 4 - Select the skill training or employment scheme from the list and click on the apply option.

STEP 5 - Upload required documents like Aadhaar card, residence certificate, bank details and passport size photo, then submit the application form. For more details about skill training courses, check the UP Skill Development Mission website.

Eligibility for UP Yuva Hub Yojana

Before applying, candidates should check whether they are eligible for the scheme. Applicant must be a permanent resident of Uttar Pradesh and must be an unemployed person. Youth who need skill training for securing a job can apply for this scheme. For CM YUVA loan support under Mukhyamantri Yuva Udyami Vikas Abhiyan, the age limit is 21 to 40 years with minimum Class 8 pass qualification and a skill training certificate from a recognised institute.

Over 68,000 youth have received interest-free and collateral-free loans totalling ₹2,751 crore under the scheme. For the 2026-27 financial year, the state is disbursing CM YUVA loans across districts against fixed targets. On 10 October 2026, the Chief Minister gave ₹5 lakh cheques to CM YUVA beneficiaries at a programme in Balrampur.
