STEP 4 - Fill in all the details asked in the registration form, such as district, residence, applicant details, bank account details, and details of the deceased person.

STEP 5 - After filling in the details correctly, click on the "Submit" button. This completes the online registration. Keep the application ID safe for future reference.

After submitting the online application, the applicant must also submit a hard copy of the application form along with the required documents at the office of the Sub-Divisional Magistrate (SDM). The District Social Welfare Officer verifies the details, and an officer inspects the case.
