Kaushal Satrang has 7 components which will provide job opportunities to the youth. Every district will organize mega job fairs at the district sewayojan office under this scheme.
New skill development centers will be set up in every district of UP so that village youth do not have to migrate to cities. The head of the skill development mission will also look for job possibilities for youth in their own districts. While launching Kaushal Satrang Scheme, Yuva Hub Yojana and CMAPS, CM Yogi Adityanath said that the UP industrial sector had received investment of nearly ₹ 3 lakh crore during the last 3 years.

STEP 1 - Visit the official Rojgaar Sangam portal at sewayojan.up.nic.in or the Yuva Sathi portal at yuvasathi.in.
STEP 2 - Click on the job seeker registration or login option and enter your mobile number. An OTP will be sent to the mobile number, enter it to verify.
STEP 3 - Fill in your personal details like name, father's name, date of birth, gender, category, address and educational qualification.

कौशल सतरंग योजना के अंतर्गत 7 घटक शामिल हैं, जिनकी जानकारी नीचे दी गई है।
- सीएम युवा हब योजना: इस योजना के तहत सभी विभागों की स्वरोजगार योजनाएं एकसाथ काम करेंगी। इसके लिए 1200 करोड़ रुपये खर्च किए जाएंगे। इसके अलावा 30000 स्टार्ट अप इकाइयां भी स्थापित की जाएंगी। इस योजना के अंतर्गत बेरोजगार युवाओं को उनकी योग्यता के अनुसार उपयुक्त नौकरी मिल सकेगी।
- मुख्यमंत्री अप्रेंटिसशिप प्रमोशन योजना: इस योजना के तहत किसी भी उद्योग में अप्रेंटिस करने पर राज्य के युवाओं को 2500 रुपये मानदेय सरकार द्वारा दिया जाएगा और बेरोजगार लोगों को प्रशिक्षण मिलेगा। इस योजना के अंतर्गत केंद्र सरकार 1500 रुपये, राज्य सरकार 1000 रुपये और शेष राशि संबंधित उद्योग द्वारा वहन की जाएगी।
- जिला कौशल विकास योजना: जिले में डीएम की अध्यक्षता में गठित कमेटी तैयार की जाएगी, जो उत्तर प्रदेश के बेरोजगार युवाओं के लिए जॉब रजिस्ट्रेशन का काम करेगी।
- तहसील स्तर पर कौशल पखवाड़ा योजना: इस योजना के तहत एलईडी वैन के माध्यम से कौशल विकास योजनाओं के बारे में युवाओं को जानकारी उपलब्ध कराई जाएगी।

- रिकग्नीशन ऑफ प्रायर लर्निंग (RPL): इस योजना के तहत परंपरागत उद्योगों से जुड़े कारीगरों का प्रमाणीकरण किया जाएगा।
- तीन प्लेसमेंट एजेंसी के साथ एमओयू: तीन प्लेसमेंट एजेंसियों के साथ एमओयू किया गया है, जिससे युवाओं को और बेहतर ढंग से रोजगार दिलाया जाएगा।
