Depending on the project category and location, an eligible unit can get an annual subsidy of ₹25,00,000 or ₹50,00,000.
Goa Logistics and Warehousing Incentives Scheme: Subsidy towards Investment of Fixed Capital - Introduction
Based on the Goa Logistics and Warehousing Policy, 2023, the Government of Goa has notified the Goa State Logistics and Warehousing Incentives Scheme, 2025. This scheme provides financial assistance for the development of the logistics and warehousing industry in the State. The subsidy towards investment of fixed capital is one of the target schemes under this policy.
The scheme gives a capital subsidy to entities setting up logistics parks, warehouses, cold chain units, testing facilities, transport yards, and similar facilities. By reducing upfront capital spending, the scheme supports faster project work, builds essential logistics infrastructure, and encourages investments in backward talukas and by women, SC, or ST entrepreneurs.
Applications are now submitted through the Goa Unified Digital Platform (UDP) in offline mode. Eligible units download the application form, fill it up, attach the required documents, and submit it to the department. The scheme remains in force for three years from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
