Download e-Coupon for Ration Card: Delhi govt. was inviting online applications for Temporary Ration Coupon at delhi.gov.in. Non-ration card holders living in Delhi were able to get ration at subsidized rates from fair price shops through this facility. People could apply online for Temporary Ration Coupon in Delhi by registering at the official website of Delhi government.

Note: This was a temporary scheme launched by Delhi government on 5 April 2020 during the COVID-19 lockdown, to help people without a ration card get food grains from fair price shops. It was a one-time emergency measure for that period and has since been closed by the government. It is not active in 2026, and no fresh applications are being accepted on the portal.

CM Arvind Kejriwal had announced that Delhi govt. would provide ration to people at their doorsteps and there would be no name for the scheme. All the Delhi residents who had a ration card were benefited. Those who did not have a ration card had to download an e-coupon for getting ration.

Many poor people did not have any ration card, so Delhi govt. had created a website for registering such people. After registration, Delhi govt. was able to provide ration to all of them.
