Along with this, DDA Karmajeevi Awaas Yojana 2026 is offering 1,224 newly constructed ready-to-move-in flats in Pocket 11, Sector A1 to A4, Narela, and registration for that scheme started on 24 July 2026. Booking under DDA Nagrik Awaas Yojana 2026 has been extended up to 31 August 2026. Both schemes are fully online and flats are booked on first come first serve basis, so there is no draw or lottery.

DDA Housing Scheme 2026

DDA sells its flats through the online Awaas portal at eservices.dda.org.in. The applicant has to create login credentials on the portal, fill the application form, pay the booking amount and select a specific flat. The old website dda.org.in now redirects to the official DDA website dda.gov.in.

Flats under both running schemes are offered at a 25% discount on ready-to-move-in freehold flats. Together they cover EWS, LIG, MIG and HIG categories, and unlike the older housing schemes, flats are allotted on FCFS basis instead of a lottery. The earlier DDA Online Running Housing Scheme launched in September 2022 has been replaced by these newer FCFS schemes.

DDA Housing Scheme 2026 Application Process

Complete application process for DDA Housing Scheme 2026 is online. There is no need to visit the DDA office for filling the form. Check the steps given below to apply:

STEP 1 - Visit the official DDA Awaas portal at eservices.dda.org.in and open the page of DDA Nagrik Awaas Yojana 2026 or DDA Karmajeevi Awaas Yojana 2026.

STEP 2 - Create login credentials on the portal by registering with a valid mobile number and email id, and pay the one-time registration fee of ₹2,500. People who have already registered on the portal do not need to register again.

STEP 3 - Login and fill the online application form with personal details, address and income details.

STEP 4 - Upload scanned copies of the required documents on the portal.

STEP 5 - Open the flat list, pick the flat you want and pay the booking amount online to lock it on first come first serve basis.

Booking Amount for DDA Flats

Booking amount depends on the category of the flat you select. Under DDA Nagrik Awaas Yojana 2026, the amounts fixed by DDA are given below:

• HIG flats - ₹10,00,000 has to be paid at the time of booking the flat online.
• MIG flats - ₹4,00,000 is the booking amount for middle income group flats.
• LIG flats - ₹1,00,000 is payable for low income group flats.
• EWS flats - ₹50,000 is the booking amount for economically weaker section flats.

Apart from this, there is a one-time non-refundable registration fee of ₹2,500 for joining the Awaas portal. In the other FCFS schemes, application money is ₹10,000 for EWS flats and ₹15,000 for LIG flats. The money paid is adjusted against the cost of the flat but is not refunded if the flat is surrendered or cancelled. Once a flat is selected, the applicant gets 30 minutes to deposit the amount online, and during this period the flat is blocked for other users.

DDA Nagrik Awaas Yojana 2026

DDA Nagrik Awaas Yojana 2026 started on 24 January 2026 with 1,712 flats in Narela and Siraspur, covering HIG, MIG, LIG and EWS categories at a flat 25% discount. Booking opened on 28 January 2026 and the scheme has been extended several times since then. As per the circular dated 31 July 2026, the last date is now 31 August 2026.

DDA has kept adding stock to this scheme. First it offered 1,944 more LIG flats in Sector G-7/G-8, Narela. Then, through a circular dated 18 August 2026, it added 1,287 more flats in Pocket 3 and Pocket 4, Sector A1 to A4, Narela. These new flats are all in the bigger categories, 497 HIG and 790 MIG, and they also get the same flat 25% discount.

Prices are already discounted in the flat list put out by DDA. New MIG flats in these two pockets come in a plinth area range of about 126 to 140 square metres, priced roughly between ₹73.02 lakh and ₹81.96 lakh. New HIG flats run from about 160 to 186 square metres, priced roughly between ₹96.86 lakh and ₹1.16 crore. Actual price of a flat depends on its plinth area and floor, and the final demand letter is issued as per the real measurement.

Maintenance charges, water connection charges and conversion charges are not part of these prices. DDA demands them separately at the time of issuing the Demand-cum-Allotment Letter. DDA Karmajeevi Awaas Yojana 2026

DDA Karmajeevi Awaas Yojana 2026 is a First Come First Serve scheme for sale of newly constructed 1 BHK, 2 BHK and 3 BHK flats in Pocket 11, Sector A1 to A4, Narela. It offers 1,224 ready-to-move-in freehold flats with a 25% discount, and the flats are meant for Karmajeevis of the country, which includes workers, employees and other eligible individuals.

Registration for DDA Karmajeevi Awaas Yojana 2026 started on 24 July 2026 on the DDA Awaas portal. • DDA Janta Awaas Yojana Phase II 2026 (Draw of Lot) for 209 EWS flats at Rohtak Road near Zakhira Flyover. Registration is open from 7 October 2026 to 7 December 2026 and the computerised draw will be held on 15 December 2026.

Eligibility Criteria for DDA Housing Scheme 2026

DDA has relaxed the earlier condition of individual annual income being less than ₹3 lakh for allotment of EWS flats. Now all persons having annual family income less than ₹10 lakh are eligible to apply for EWS flats. For LIG, MIG and HIG flats, the income limits are higher and are given in the scheme brochure.
