DDA Online Running Housing Scheme Apply Online Form 2025: Delhi Development Authority is inviting DDA Housing Scheme 2025 online registration form at dda.gov.in (earlier dda.org.in). DDA on 12 September 2022 launched DDA Online Running Scheme 2025 on First Come First Serve basis. Any interested candidate can apply for new online running housing scheme at DDA official website. The DDA Online Running Housing Scheme is offering around 8,500 flats of EWS/LIG categories at Narela location. The login process and brochure for new houses under DDA scheme will be released soon.
The applicant can visit the website of Delhi Development Authority, dda.gov.in (earlier www.dda.org.in) and fill the DDA Online Running Housing Scheme application form to book flat online for the current financial year. Interested people can also apply online for flat through the old website dda.org.in.
Interested person will also have to fill the Flat Registration 2025 application at www.dda.org.in . DDA will conduct allotment of flats under this DDA Housing Scheme 2025 on the first come first serve basis. The draw, based on a random number-generation system, will NOT be conducted for applications that are going to be submitted till last date for the scheme.
DDA Online Running Housing Scheme 2025
In order to provide facility to interested persons to buy DDA flats at any time without waiting for launch of Housing Scheme, DDA has decided to launch an On-line Running Housing Scheme from 12th September 2022 on first come first serve basis.
The scheme is completely online and offer about 8500 flats of EWS and LIG category. In 1st Phase of this DDA housing scheme, around 1281 flats will be available till the entire inventory is sold out. After the inventory is sold out or as decided by the competent authority the additional inventory will be added.
Online Running DDA Housing Scheme Apply Online
The interested persons can check all relevant details like size of the flats, location of the pocket, lay out plan of the flat and pocket online at https://eservices.dda.org.in/.
The person applying for flats under this Scheme shall have to deposit application money as detailed below:-
- EWS – Rs. 10,000
- LIG – Rs. 15000
The application money paid will be adjusted against the cost of the flat but will be non-refundable in case of surrender/cancellation.
The desirous persons may apply online and will have a choice to book a specific flat on ‘First Come First Serve’ basis.
One selecting for a specific flat online, he/she will be given reasonable time i.e. 30 minutes to deposit “application money” online. During the period of 30 minutes the flat will not be available for selection by other persons. Once application money is paid, the flat gets reserved for that applicant.
Number of Flats in DDA Online Running Housing Scheme
Online Running DDA Housing Scheme has around 8,500 flats on sale in 2 categories – Economically Weaker Sections (EWS) flats, Lower Income Group (LIG) flats at Narela location. There are 5,850 1BHK flats in the LIG category while there are 2880 Janata flats in EWS category.

DDA Online Running Scheme Subsidy under PMAY
The running DDA housing scheme is completely online and people can use the DDA website to register and seek complete details of the scheme. The allottees will be eligible for subsidy under the PMAY scheme of the central government if they avail a home loan from the bank/financial institution, said DDA. DDA said the allottees would be eligible for subsidy under the central government’s Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana, if they take a home loan.
DDA Housing Scheme 2025 Application Process
The most striking feature of this year’s online running housing scheme would be for economically weaker sections (EWS), lower income group (LIG) category as per the DDA Housing Scheme Latest News. Homebuyers will have to apply by filling DDA Housing Scheme online application form dda.org.in and make registration. Check the complete details of DDA New Housing Scheme 2025.

The new DDA Housing Scheme 2025 online application form is also available at Awaas app. Candidates can apply from the processing of application to the possession of flats through the newly developed AWAAS software. The applicant only have to visit DDA only for the purpose of execution deed. Here is the complete flow chart or DDA Housing Scheme 2025 online application process:-
STEP 1: Issue of Demand cum Allotment letter
STEP 2: Receipt of Payment of Demanded amount as per schedule given in DAL
STEP 3: Receipt of Documents as mentioned in Brochure to the concerned Branch
STEP 4: After receipt of payment and required documents, Issuance of possession letter
STEP 5: To take over physical possession of the flat at site with all inventory
STEP 6: Submission of copy of taking over physical possession proof to concerned Branch of Housing Department
STEP 7: Issuance of Conveyance Deed Papers
STEP 8: After receipt of copy of physical possession duly stamped Conveyance Deed, date of execution of Conveyance Deed will be given
STEP 9: Execution of Conveyance Deed

Allotment for DDA Online Running Housing Scheme
Demand-cum-Allotment letter will be issued by DDA through online mode only and the same will be available in the online portal of the applicant. The allottee needs to deposit the demanded amount within 90 days to avoid liability of levy of interest. After payment of the demanded amount and submission of requisite documents, possession letter will be issued through online mode only.
Eligibility Criteria for New DDA Housing Scheme
Earlier, there were two criteria for allotment of EWS flats i.e. individual annual income of the applicant should be less than Rs. 3 lakhs and annual family income is less than Rs. 10 lakhs. DDA has now relaxed criterion of having individual income less than Rs. 3 lakhs for allotment of EWS flats and all persons having annual family income less than Rs. 10 lakh are eligible to apply for EWS flats.
Important Dates for DDA Online Running Scheme
All the interested person are requested to apply for allotment of flat in accordance with the above conditions. The Scheme is being launched w.e.f 12.09.2022 and will be in operation till the entire inventory included under the Scheme is disposed off. DDA reserves the right to withdraw any or all flats or include more flats in the scheme.
