STEP 1 - Go to your nearest LIDCOM District Office and ask for the Gattai Stall Scheme application form from the concerned clerk. You can check the list of district offices on the official LIDCOM contact page.
STEP 2 - Fill the form carefully with your personal details, address, cobbler work details and bank account information. Paste one passport-size photo on the form and sign across the photo.
