STEP 2 - On the homepage, click on the Application Search option.
STEP 3 - Enter any one of the required details like mobile number, Aadhaar number, application ID or FSC ration card number, and click search.
STEP 4 - Your application status opens on the screen as shown below.
STEP 5 - Approved or sanctioned means your name is in the beneficiary list. Rejected means the survey record did not match the scheme conditions. Pending means checking is still on and your name can still be added.

What List 1, List 2 and List 3 mean on your result
Every verified application was put into one of three lists during the field survey, and this decides what the family gets. Many people read List 2 as a second round of the list, which it is not.
- List 1 (L1) is for families who own a house site but live in a hut, thatched house, mud house or tin shed on it. They get ₹5 lakh to build.
- List 2 (L2) is for families with neither a house site nor a house. They get a plot of about 250 sq. yards along with the construction money.
- List 3 (L3) is for applicants whose record shows a pucca house, a four wheeler or farm land, so they were left out of the first round of sanctions.

Lists also go up on notice boards at Gram Panchayat offices and Mandal Revenue Officer offices after Gram Sabha meetings, so families without internet can check there.
Hyderabad list is on a different portal
Inside the Outer Ring Road the scheme runs as Indiramma Indlu Towers in the Core Urban Region Economy area, handled by Telangana Housing Board. A four day lottery ended on 31 August 2026 and allotted 7,340 flats across 16 assembly constituencies, 480 in each and 140 in Secunderabad Cantonment, against 60,720 applications. Housing Board vice chairman V P Gowtham said the selected names are up on tghb.telangana.gov.in and objections against them can be filed online, after which officials do field verification. Applications are still open in four more constituencies and notifications for the rest are expected soon.
These flats are not free. Each 528 sq. ft. flat costs about ₹11 lakh, the state pays ₹5 lakh and the family pays ₹6 lakh in instalments, with a ₹10,000 deposit at the time of applying. Annual family income has to stay under ₹6 lakh, the family must not own a house or plot inside the ORR, the flat is registered in the name of the woman of the house, and it cannot be sold or rented for 10 years.

What is Indiramma Housing Scheme
Indiramma Housing Scheme gives housing support to homeless and landless families in Telangana. Selected families get up to ₹5 lakh to build a house, and SC/ST families get ₹6 lakh. Each house is at least 400 sq. ft. with an RCC roof, kitchen and bathroom. Budget for the scheme is ₹22,000 crore, and money moves by DBT payment in stages as construction progresses.
Phase 1 sanctioned 4.5 lakh houses outside Hyderabad at 3,500 per assembly constituency, and slab work is done on 85 per cent of them. Phase 2 added 2,000 houses per constituency, or 2.5 lakh across the state. Housing Minister Ponguleti Srinivas Reddy has said a third and fourth phase will follow, and about 35,000 unfinished houses left by the earlier government are being completed and handed over.
