Haryana Viklang Pension Yojana 2026 Application Form, Status & List

Haryana Department of Social Justice & Empowerment runs the Disability Pension Scheme for Divyang persons. Under this Viklang Pension Yojana, all disabled persons of Haryana domicile with more than 60% disability and aged 18 years or above get a monthly pension of Rs. 3200 from 01 November 2025. The pension amount has been raised in stages over the years.

People of Haryana who have been living in the state for the past 3 years can now apply for the Handicapped Pension. Eligible people can also check the Disability Pension Status and Haryana Pension Beneficiary List at pension.socialjusticehry.gov.in.

Haryana Viklang Pension Yojana and other social welfare schemes like Old Age Pension Scheme and Widow Pension Scheme are fully run by the state government. The total self income from all sources must not exceed the minimum wages of unskilled labour as notified by the Labour Department.

Eligibility Criteria

To get the benefit of this scheme, a person needs to meet the following conditions:-

• Age 18 years or above (male or female).
• Domicile of Haryana and living in Haryana for the last 3 years at the time of submitting the application.
• Self income from all sources should not exceed the minimum wages of unskilled labour as notified by the Labour Department.
• Disability of 60% or above.
• People suffering from blindness, low vision, leprosy cured, hearing impairment, locomotor disability, mental retardation with IQ not exceeding 50, or mental illness.

Benefits Provided

Rs. 3200 per month from 01 November 2025. Earlier the pension was Rs. 2750 from 01 April 2023 and Rs. 3000 from 01 January 2024.

List of Documents Required

Applicants need to keep the following documents ready for the application:-

• Disability certificate of 60% or above.
• Birth certificate.
• Aadhaar card.
• Residential proof for Haryana domicile issued before 15 years of the date of application. Any one of these works: ration card, voter card, name in voter list, PAN card, driving license, passport, electricity bill or water bill, house and land documents, copy of LIC policy, registered rent deed, or permanent resident certificate of Haryana.

Fees for the Service

Government charges are Rs. 0, Kendra service charges are Rs. 10, and Atal Seva Kendra (CSC) service charges are Rs. 30. The RTS time limit is 60 days.

All candidates who want to apply for the Disability Pension Scheme can now apply online or download the Handicapped Pension Scheme Application Form. To apply for the Haryana Viklang Pension Yojana, candidates can follow the steps given below:-

STEP 1 - Visit the official website of the Department of Social Justice & Empowerment at https://socialjusticehry.gov.in/ or the pension portal at https://pension.socialjusticehry.gov.in/.

STEP 2 - On the pension portal, click on the "Online Application for pension" option. Candidates can choose to apply on their own or through a Common Service Centre, Atal Seva Kendra, or E-disha centre.

STEP 3 - Candidates can also download the Handicapped Pension Scheme Application Form in PDF format from the forms page at https://socialjusticehry.gov.in/forms/ or directly from this PDF link.

STEP 4 - The Haryana Viklang Pension Yojana Application Form PDF download page will appear as follows:-

STEP 5 - Fill the Haryana Viklang Yojana Application Form and submit the completed application to the Social Welfare Officer in the district or taluka in Haryana.

On verification and approval from the district authority, applicants will start receiving the pension amount directly into their bank account. Applicants can check their Disability Pension Status and name in the Haryana Handicapped Pension List subject to the eligibility criteria.

Candidates can now check the Handicapped Pension Status and also track Viklang Pension Beneficiary Details as follows:-

STEP 1 - Visit the official pension website at https://pension.socialjusticehry.gov.in/.

STEP 2 - On the homepage, click on the "आधार/पैंशन आई.डी./खाता संख्या से पैंशन विवरण देखें" link or directly visit https://pension.socialjusticehry.gov.in/Ben_Inf.

STEP 3 - A new window with the "लाभार्थी के पेंशन विवरण देखें / Track Beneficiary Pension Details" heading will open. A representative image is shown below:-

STEP 4 - Here candidates can track Handicapped Pension Beneficiary details through Pension ID, Account Number (with IFSC Code) or Aadhaar Number and Security Code.

STEP 5 - Finally, candidates can click on the "विवरण देखें / View Details" button to display the Haryana Pension Beneficiary Status.

Registered beneficiaries can also check their name in the Haryana Pension Beneficiary List.

Haryana Handicapped Pension List 2026

Registered pensioners can check whether their name appears in the Haryana Pension List of Beneficiaries or not. Candidates can check the Handicapped Pension Scheme Beneficiary List online as follows:-

STEP 1 - Visit the official pension website at https://pension.socialjusticehry.gov.in/.

STEP 2 - On the homepage, click on the "लाभार्थियों की सूची देखें / View List of Beneficiaries" link.

STEP 3 - In the new window, the Haryana Pension Scheme List of Beneficiaries will appear as follows:-

STEP 4 - Now enter your district, area, block or municipality, village / ward / sector, pension type, sort order and click on "लाभार्थी सूची देखें / View Beneficiary List".

STEP 5 - The complete pension list with pensioner name, gender, age, enrolment date, pension amount, ward / sector, mohalla / colony, Aadhaar number, bank / PO name, account number and account uploading date will be displayed on the screen as follows:-
