Haryana government's Deen Dayal Lado Lakshmi Yojana (DDLLY) gives ₹2,100 per month to eligible women of the state through Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT). The scheme was launched on 25 September 2025 on the birth anniversary of Pandit Deendayal Upadhyay, and the first installment was released on 1 November 2025.

Main Features of the Scheme

- No Family Limit: There is no restriction on the number of eligible women in a family who can get the benefit of this scheme.

Eligibility Criteria

- Age: She should be 23 years or older.
- Income: Family's verified annual income, as per the Family Information Database Repository (FIDR), should not be more than ₹1 lakh.
- Residence: She, or her husband in case she married into Haryana from another state, should be a resident of Haryana for the last 15 years or more.
Who Cannot Apply
Women already getting financial help under other social security schemes of the state are not eligible for DDLLY. These include Old Age Samman Allowance, Financial Assistance to Widows and Destitute Women, Haryana Divyang Financial Assistance, Ladli Social Security Allowance, Financial Assistance to Kashmiri Migrant Families, Haryana Allowance to Dwarf, Financial Assistance to Women and Girl Acid Attack Victims, Financial Assistance to Widower and Unmarried Persons Scheme 2023, and Haryana Gaurav Samman Scheme for Padma Awardees.
However, women getting help for stage III and IV cancer, rare diseases, haemophilia, thalassemia and sickle cell anemia can get DDLLY benefit in addition to their existing support. When a beneficiary turns 60, she automatically moves to the Old Age Samman Allowance Scheme, and unmarried women who turn 45 become eligible for the Widows and Destitute Women scheme.

How to Apply Online Through Lado Lakshmi App
Applications for DDLLY are accepted only through the official Lado Lakshmi app. The app was developed by HARTRON and is available on Android and iPhone.
STEP 1 - Download the Lado Lakshmi app from Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
STEP 2 - Open the app and register using your mobile number.
STEP 3 - Fill in the application form with personal and family details like income, bank account, electricity connection, vehicle ownership and residence certificate.
STEP 4 - Complete e-KYC with Aadhaar and upload a live photo when asked. Verification is done by CRID, and eligible applicants get an SMS.
STEP 5 - After verification, a beneficiary ID is generated on the pension portal, and the amount is credited to the bank account through DBT.
Payment Details and Status Check
The first installment of ₹2,100 was released on 1 November 2025 to 5,22,162 women on Haryana Day. On 3 December 2025, the government announced that eligible women will now get ₹6,300 every quarter instead of ₹2,100 every month. Tech-Enabled Implementation
The Lado Lakshmi app handles registration, verification, complaint help and monitoring. Every beneficiary has to complete a monthly liveness check through face authentication to keep getting the payment.
Oversight and Management
A high-level governing body chaired by the Chief Minister oversees the scheme. Monthly reviews are done by an executive committee led by the Chief Secretary. District Social Welfare Officers handle complaints, which must be resolved within seven working days.
Safeguards and Responsibility
Payment stops in cases of wrong information, ineligibility or death of the beneficiary. Wrongful claims are recovered with 12% annual interest, and civil imprisonment may be enforced in extreme cases.
