Exclusions
People who are in civil employment cannot get this support. Also, any person who later starts receiving an old age pension or other maintenance allowance from any Haryana government department will be permanently removed from the scheme.

Application Process
STEP 1 - Go to the official Antyodaya-SARAL portal at saralharyana.gov.in. If you are a new user, register by clicking on "New User" under Sign In and fill in your name, email, mobile number and password.
STEP 2 - Verify your mobile number and email using the OTP sent to you, then log in with your registered credentials.
STEP 3 - Click on "Apply for Services" and open the list of available services. Search for "Financial Assistance to Disabled Ex Serviceman".
STEP 4 - Enter your Parivar Pehchan Patra (Family ID) number and click to fetch your family data. Select your name from the list and verify it with the OTP sent to the registered mobile number.
STEP 5 - Fill in all the required fields, upload the mandatory documents, preview the form and submit it.
Applications are checked at the local Zila Sainik Board first. Eligible cases are then sent to Rajya Sainik Board for final approval. You can track the application status on the SARAL status portal using your application reference ID.
