Indus Towers operates across all 22 telecom circles in India and has become one of the biggest partners in expanding BSNL’s network coverage. Property owners can earn between ₹21,000 to ₹43,000 per month depending on location and type of tower.
How to Apply for BSNL Indus Tower Installation via Mobile App
Property registration for tower installation can be done using the Indus iCare mobile app by using the below step by step process.
STEP 1: Download and install the official Indus iCare App from Google Play Store at https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.lmdi.icare.

STEP 2: Open the app and tap on the “Property Owner Registration” option.
STEP 3: Enter your basic details such as full name, mobile number, and email ID.
STEP 4: Verify your mobile number using OTP.
STEP 5: Fill in your property details like address, type (land/rooftop), and area size.
STEP 6: Upload required documents (ID proof, land papers, and NOC if needed).
STEP 7: Submit the form and save your reference number for future tracking.
Land and Building Requirements
Before you apply, make sure your land or rooftop meets the basic criteria set by Indus Towers. Meeting these conditions improves the chance of selection.
- The land should have a minimum open area of 2,000 square feet.
- For rooftop towers, the building should be at least G+2 floors and structurally sound.
- Property must be legally registered in the applicant’s name.

- Ground-Based Towers (GBT): Installed on open land or plots, suitable for rural and semi-urban locations.
