Haryana government's Deen Dayal Lado Lakshmi Yojana is accepting new applications, and eligible women get ₹2,100 every month. Registration stays open through Lado Lakshmi App, and the scheme has already reached more than 10 lakh women across the state.
Big changes have come in 2026. Haryana government raised the yearly family income limit from ₹1 lakh to ₹1.80 lakh in September 2026, which brings around 17 lakh new women into the scheme. The payment structure was also changed earlier, with part of the monthly amount now going into a savings deposit.
What is Lado Lakshmi Yojana?
Deen Dayal Lado Lakshmi Yojana is a monthly income support scheme for women from poor families in Haryana. It was launched on 25 September 2025, on the birth anniversary of Pandit Deendayal Upadhyay. Social Justice and Empowerment Department runs the scheme.
Main aim is to help women become financially independent and give them social security. Money reaches through DBT using PFMS, so the amount comes straight into the woman's bank account. There is no limit on how many eligible women from one family can apply.
As per the latest figures shared by the government, more than ₹2,042 crore has been sent to around 10 lakh women over the last 18 months. Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini released the 11th installment on 11 September 2026, transferring over ₹212 crore to more than 10 lakh women. Budget for the scheme was also increased from ₹5,000 crore to ₹6,500 crore.

New Payment Rules Under Lado Lakshmi Yojana
Government changed the way the monthly support is paid. Out of the total ₹2,100, only a part now reaches the woman directly for daily use.
₹1,100 is credited every month into the woman's bank account. Remaining ₹1,000 is deposited in a government run recurring deposit account opened in her name. This RD matures after five years, and the full amount along with interest is given to her. If the woman passes away during this period, the accumulated amount goes to the nominee.
Government says this mix helps women meet present needs and also build savings for the future. The RD money can be used later for small work or family needs.

Income Limit and Age Rules for General Category
Women applying under the general category must meet stricter income and age rules. These details are checked through Family Information Database Repository (FIDR).
- Yearly family income should not be more than ₹1.80 lakh as per FIDR. Government raised this from ₹1 lakh in September 2026, so many more women now qualify.

- Applicant, or her husband in case she married into Haryana from another state, must be a Haryana resident for at least 15 years.

New Eligibility Based on Children's Education and Health
