Application Process

Application is online only. When the window is open for an academic session, complete these steps on the National Scholarship Portal at scholarships.gov.in:

STEP 1 - Go to the National Scholarship Portal at scholarships.gov.in and click on 'New Registration'. Read the guidelines, accept the terms and click 'Continue'.

STEP 2 - Fill the registration form with correct details. Application ID and password will be shown on screen and also sent by SMS to the registered mobile number.

STEP 3 - Log in with the application ID and password, enter the OTP sent to the mobile and reset the password. This opens the Applicant Dashboard.

STEP 4 - Open the 'Application Form' from the dashboard, fill the required fields, upload the required documents and click 'Last Submit'. No changes can be made after the final submission.
