How to Check Your Name in UP Scooty Yojana List
You can check your name in the list only through your own institution, not through any government website. Follow the steps below.
STEP 1 - Open your university website and go to the notice or news section. Find the notice about the scooty yojana merit list. Universities are posting these under their regular notice / circular pages, not on a separate scheme page.
STEP 2 - Open the notice PDF and find your name, roll number and college name. Lists are being released college wise, so check the section for your own college first. The list will appear as below.
STEP 3 - Check your college notice board and the office of your department also. Some colleges get the list by letter before it goes up on the university website.
STEP 4 - If your name is there, report to the college or university on the date given with your original documents. Verification is done through OTP on your Aadhaar linked mobile number, so carry that phone with you.

Agra University list cutoff
Agra worked out its number straight from the result. 28,897 girls passed graduation there in session 2025-26, and top 5 percent of that comes to 1,445. General cutoff is 85.12 percent. Girls in the special categories, including Divyang and orphan girls, get up to 10 percent relaxation, so their cutoff is 75.12 percent. 81 girls were tied at the cutoff mark, and the committee picked 14 of them on the basis of higher marks in their school board exams. Controller of Examinations Dr. Om Prakash said any eligible girl who was left out can go to the university Computer Centre with her original mark sheets.

Kanpur University List District Breakup
CSJMU list is the biggest one out so far and gives a good idea of how selection is spread. Unnao topped with 875 girls, Kanpur Dehat came second with 480 and Kanpur Nagar third with 431. Etawah got 194, Kannauj 87, Auraiya 65 and Farrukhabad 64. Rural degree colleges did better than the old aided colleges this time. Niranjan Singh Mahavidyalaya in Unnao got 150 girls in the list and Abdul Gaffar Degree College got 140, while Awadhesh Singh Mahavidyalaya and Chandrabhan Singh Degree College in Kanpur Dehat got 100 each.

Documents to Carry for List Verification
Universities are asking for originals plus one photocopy of each. Income certificate is the one that trips most girls up, so check its date before you go. Aligarh, for example, accepts an income certificate up to three years old, and married girls have to give their husband's income certificate.

Name Not in the List, What to Do
Missing names are being fixed in several universities, so it is worth checking with your college. CCS University Meerut is taking documents from girls who scored 66 percent or more in graduation 2026 but are not in the list, if they bring a certificate from the competent authority. Bundelkhand University Jhansi added 38 more girls after they complained and submitted their mark sheets. Raja Mahendra Pratap Singh University Aligarh added girls whose result had shown MW, Absent or PMW and who got it corrected by 22 September. Go to your college administration section with your mark sheet and ask them to send your case to the university.
Girls whose family income is above ₹12 lakh, or who are not permanent residents of Uttar Pradesh, are being removed at the verification stage even if their name appeared in a list.
What Happens After the List
Aadhaar, domicile and income papers of selected girls are uploaded on the scheme portal, and the Higher Education Directorate checks them with help from the district administration. Scooties are not bought by districts. Directorate has put out one central bid on the GeM portal, worth about ₹320 crore, and held the online pre-bid meeting with sellers on 21 September.
Selected company gets 100 days to supply, and scooties will be delivered to all 75 district headquarters. The order can go up or down by 25 percent once the final count of girls is known. Handover is planned by January 2027, after the District Magistrate verifies each selected girl. A district service center with a complaint portal will start working once distribution begins.
