STEP 5 - Enter the bank details including bank name, branch, IFSC code and account number. The account should be in an Aadhaar-linked nationalized bank branch associated with Bihar.

STEP 6 - Upload the required documents in the given format. Aadhaar, bank passbook and voter ID documents are accepted as PDF files up to 200 KB, while the photograph should be a JPG file of 30 to 50 KB.

STEP 7 - Review all the details in the preview window and submit the final form. Keep the acknowledgement reference safe for tracking the application till the panchayat verification is complete.
