Krishak Bandhu Natun List 2026 - Status Check, Verification Update and KB Scheme Apply Online

West Bengal Krishak Bandhu (Natun) list 2026 is checked name by name on krishakbandhu.wb.gov.in, and the same search shows your payment status. In September 2026, the state started a fresh verification of all existing Krishak Bandhu beneficiaries, and the next installment will be paid only after it is complete.

Krishak Bandhu has two parts: yearly income support paid in two installments (Kharif and Rabi), and a ₹2 lakh death benefit for the family of a registered farmer aged 18 to 60. As per the Agriculture Minister's statement of 28 September 2026, farmers with less than 40 decimal of land will get ₹4,000 a year and those with more will get ₹10,000 a year.

STEP 1 - Visit the official website at https://krishakbandhu.wb.gov.in/

STEP 2 - On the homepage, click "নথিভুক্ত কৃষকের তথ্য" (Registered Farmer Details) or go straight to https://krishakbandhu.wb.gov.in/farmer_search

STEP 3 - Choose Voter Card, Aadhaar, mobile number, bank account or KB ID, enter the number, fill the captcha and click "Search" to see your Krishak Bandhu application and payment status.

Latest Krishak Bandhu scheme updates

After the 2026 Assembly election, Suvendu Adhikari became Chief Minister on 9 May 2026, and Dudh Kumar Mondal is the Agriculture Minister. The new government has kept Krishak Bandhu running but is re-checking every beneficiary. The verification form (Annexure-I) first came out in July 2026 with a 30 July deadline, which was extended past August.

Late in September, farmers who had still not submitted the form got 10 more days to hand it in, with documents, at the Block Agriculture Officer's office. The form needs bank details, the Aadhaar linked to the account, registered mobile number, land records and, where it applies, the spouse's Aadhaar and mobile number.

Rule changes were also announced on 28 September 2026. They are listed below.

• Only one member of a family will now get Krishak Bandhu. Earlier, several members of one family could be enrolled.
• Farmers joining Krishak Bandhu fresh will not get PM Kisan along with it.
• PM Kisan farmers in West Bengal will get ₹3,000 extra from the state, taking their yearly total to ₹9,000.

No payment date is announced yet. Officials said payment would start after verification ends. The last installment paid was the Rabi one, from 8 January 2026. Before this, in July 2025, the previous government had said ₹2,930 crore was paid that year and ₹24,086 crore since 2019, with about 1.46 lakh families getting the ₹2 lakh death benefit.

Under the older KB(N) rule, farmers with one acre or more got ₹10,000 a year and those with less got a pro-rata amount, at least ₹4,000. In 2021-22, around 77.95 lakh farmers were paid ₹1,818.99 crore in Kharif and ₹2,216.10 crore in Rabi.

How to apply for Krishak Bandhu scheme online

New farmers can start the registration on the portal. Every application then goes to the block agriculture office for document checks, and the new one-member-per-family rule applies.

STEP 1 - Visit the official website: krishakbandhu.wb.gov.in

STEP 2 - Click the "Krishak Bandhu Sign In" tab and then select "Sign Up" to start your registration.

STEP 3 - Fill in your personal, land and bank details and submit the form. You get a username and password for Krishak Bandhu login after registration.

STEP 4 - Take copies of your Voter ID, Aadhaar, bank passbook and land records (RoR, Khatian or Barga record) to the Block Agriculture Office if they ask for verification.
