Mukhyamantri Kisan Kalyan Yojana 2024 is a new scheme launched by the state government of Madhya Pradesh. Farmers can now apply online by filling Mukhyamantri Kisan Kalyan Yojna application form, check their name in list of beneficiaries and can even track their payment status. In this CM Farmers Welfare Scheme (मुख्यमंत्री किसान कल्याण योजना), farmers will get Rs. 10,000 as financial assistance per year. This assistance includes Rs. 6000 under PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana by central government and Rs. 4000 from MP state government.

Mukhyamantri Kisan Kalyan Yojana 2024 Latest Update

Under Mukhyamantri Kisan Kalyan Yojana, CM Shivraj will give a big gift to 80 lakh farmers on 3 February 2023. An amount of Rs. 1600 crore will be distributed by the CM in the account of farmer families. For this purpose, a state level distribution program will be organized from Vidisha district. CM Shivraj will send an installment of Rs. 2000 to the beneficiary’s account and virtually all districts will be involved in this program.

Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan will distribute Rs. 1600 crore to around 80,00,000 farming families of the state. In Mukhyamantri Kisan Kalyan Yojana, every year 4 thousand is paid per farmer in 2 equal installments. To make farmers self-reliant in Madhya Pradesh, Shivraj govt. is continuously adopting a new policy. On the one hand, under the PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana, Rs. 6000 is sent to the farmers account by the central government in three equal installments. Under the Kisan Kalyan Yojana, Rs. 4000 is transferred in 2 equal installments by the same Shivraj government to the account of farmers of Madhya Pradesh.

CM Chouhan had started the Mukhyamantri Kisan Kalyan Yojana in Madhya Pradesh during his fourth term. Under this scheme, in addition to Rs. 6000 annually of PM Kisan Samman Nidhi, Rs. 4000 is also given by the state government in two equal installments in the account of farmers.

Existing PM Kisan Beneficiaries Apply Process

As per the guidelines, all the farmers who are already receiving the PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana benefits are automatically registered in Kisan Kalyan Yojna. Such beneficiary farmers who are already getting Rs. 6,000 per annum from central government are already included in MKKY Scheme. Each of the existing PM-Kisan Scheme beneficiary farmer will not have to fill any separate Kisan Kalyan Yojana Application / Registration Form to apply online to get additional Rs. 4,000.

किसान कल्याण योजना के तहत कोई नया आवेदन करवाने की जरूरत नहीं है, जो भी किसान राज्य में सम्मान निधि योजना का लाभ ले रहे हैं उन्हें इस योजना का लाभ मिलेगा। लाभान्वित किए जाने वाले किसानों की जानकारी किसान सम्मान निधि पोर्टल पर दर्ज रहेगी। क्षेत्र के पटवारी जानकारी का सत्यापन करेंगे। किसानों को सिर्फ एक बार क्षेत्र के पटवारी को भौतिक रूप से आवेदन देना होगा। आगे की प्रक्रिया मोबाइल पर ही हो जाएगी। किसानों को राशि प्राप्त होने की सूचना भी उनके मोबाइल पर ही मिल जाएगी।

New Farmers Apply Process for CM Kisan Kalyan Yojana

According to the guidelines, farmers who are still not registered for PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana will have to make PM Kisan Scheme registration first. In order to fill PM Kisan application form, farmers can visit the official portal at https://pmkisan.gov.in/ and click at “New Farmer Registration” tab. Step 1: Firstly visit the official website at https://pmkisan.gov.in/

This decision to provide additional Rs. 4,000 per year to farmers is a major step towards “Doubling Farmers Income by 2024”.

Eligibility Criteria for MP Mukhyamantri Kisan Kalyan Yojana

The eligibility criteria for MP Mukhyamantri Kisan Kalyan Yojana is similar to that of PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana. It signifies that all eligible PM Kisan beneficiary farmers of Madhya Pradesh will now get Rs. 10,000 per year. The following categories of beneficiaries of higher economic status shall not be eligible for benefit under the scheme. All Institutional Land holders along with other farmer families which belong to one or more of the following categories are not eligible.

• Former and present holders of constitutional posts
• Former and present Ministers/ State Ministers and former/present Members of LokSabha / RajyaSabha / State Legislative Assemblies/ State Legislative Councils,former and present Mayors of Municipal Corporations, former and present Chairpersons of District Panchayats.
• All serving or retired officers and employees of Central/ State Government Ministries /Offices/Departments and its field units Central or State PSEs and Attached offices /Autonomous Institutions under Government as well as regular employees of the Local Bodies (Excluding Multi Tasking Staff /Class IV/Group D employees)
• All superannuated/retired pensioners whose monthly pension is Rs. 10,000/-or more (Excluding Multi Tasking Staff / Class IV/Group D employees) of above category
• All Persons who paid Income Tax in last assessment year
• Professionals like Doctors, Engineers, Lawyers, Chartered Accountants, and Architects registered with Professional bodies and carrying out profession by undertaking practice

Assistance Amount to Farmers in MKKY Scheme

Till date, the central government provides Rs. 6,000 per year to farmers under PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana. Now the MP state govt. will add on Rs. 4,000 per year in that amount under CM Farmers Welfare Scheme (Mukhya Mantri Kisan Kalyan Yojana). Accordingly, now all the PM-Kisan beneficiary farmers will get Rs. 10,000 per annum. The distribution of amount will be as given below:-

• Under PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana: 3 Installments of Rs. 2,000 each totaling to Rs. 6,000 in a single year.
• Under Mukhyamantri Kisan Kalyan Yojana: 2 Installments of Rs. 2,000 each totaling to Rs. 4,000 in a single year.

Thus each farmer in Madhya Pradesh will be eligible to get 5 equal installments of Rs. 2,000 each to a total amount of Rs. 10000 per annum. The launch of the new MP Mukhyamantri Kisan Kalyan Yojana 2024 is a major step towards welfare of farmers.

किसानों को पूरा सुरक्षा चक्र प्रदान

मुख्यमंत्री श्री चौहान ने कहा कि प्रदेश के किसानों को सरकार पूरा सुरक्षा चक्र प्रदान कर रही है। मध्यप्रदेश सरकार एक के बाद एक किसानों के हित में फैसले ले रही है। पहले किसानों को जीरो प्रतिशत ब्याज दर पर फसल ऋण उपलब्ध कराने की योजना प्रारंभ की गई। फिर उनके खातों में गत वर्षों की फसल बीमा की राशि डाली गई। आज क्रेडिट कार्ड प्राप्त होने से बचे हुए प्रदेश के 67 हजार किसानों, पशुपालकों तथा मत्स्य पालकों को किसान क्रेडिट कार्ड वितरित किए गए। साथ ही सहकारी समितियों के खातों में 800 करोड़ रुपए की सहायता राशि अंतरित की गई। अब किसानों को मुख्यमंत्री किसान सम्मान निधि योजना के माध्यम से लाभान्वित करेंगे। शीघ्र ही प्रदेश के उद्यानिकी कृषकों को भी क्रेडिट कार्ड वितरित किए जाएँगे।
