AP YSR Navaratnalu Schemes List 2026 - Renamed & Current Status in Andhra Pradesh

AP YSR Government Schemes List 2026 covers the nine Navaratnalu welfare schemes that YSR Congress promised during its rule in Andhra Pradesh from 2019 to 2024. Former Chief Minister Jagan Mohan Reddy launched these schemes under the Navaratnalu framework to support farmers, women, students, pensioners and poor families across the state.

Jalayagnam

Jalayagnam focused on completing irrigation projects, including the Polavaram project, to benefit lakhs of families. The current government continues to work on irrigation projects across Andhra Pradesh.

Madhya Nishedam

YSR Congress had promised to ban the sale of alcohol across the entire Andhra Pradesh state in three stages as part of the AP YSR Government Schemes List.

YSR Arogyasri Scheme

This flagship health scheme, earlier called AP YSR Arogyasri Scheme, has been renamed Dr NTR Vaidya Seva by the current government. It provides cashless treatment for listed procedures at empanelled government and private hospitals for eligible families, in convergence with the central PM-JAY scheme. It remains an important health scheme in the AP YSR Government Schemes List.

YSR Rythu Bharosa Scheme

YSR Rythu Bharosa promised Rs 50,000 financial support to farmers in Andhra Pradesh. It has been renamed Annadatha Sukhibhava and now provides Rs 20,000 per year to eligible farmer families, which includes Rs 6,000 under the central PM-Kisan scheme. Paydalandariki Illu

YSR Asara

YSR Asara was meant to waive loans of women cooperative societies and provide 0% interest loans. YSR Cheyutha Scheme supported women from SC / ST / BC and minority communities above 45 years of age with Rs 75,000 over a period of 4 years.

Pensionla Pempu

This pension scheme, earlier called AP YSR Pension Kanuka Scheme, has been renamed NTR Bharosa Pension Scheme. Pension amounts were increased from July 2024. Elderly citizens and widows now get Rs 4,000, disabled persons get Rs 6,000, and the highest category gets up to Rs 15,000 per month. Status can be checked at sspensions.ap.gov.in.

Amma Vodi Scheme

Amma Vodi provided Rs 15,000 to mothers of school-going children. It has been renamed Thalliki Vandanam and continues to give Rs 15,000 per child per year to eligible mothers through direct benefit transfer. Fee Reimbursement

AP govt. planned a comprehensive fee reimbursement scheme as per the earlier vision of late CM Dr. YS Rajasekhara Reddy. Under the current government, this support has been renamed Post Metric Scholarship and continues to help students with their study costs.
