Assam Employment Exchange Portal Online Registration / Login at employment.assam.gov.in

CM Himanta Biswa Sarma has started Assam Employment Exchange Portal online registration / login process at employment.assam.gov.in. The new portal facilitates online registration, renewal, re-registration of applicant in employment exchange. Candidates will need to register themselves on online portal for registration for employment exchanges of the state with required aadhar card details. In this article, we will tell you how to apply online for Assam Employment Exchange portal registration, re-registration and renewal.

Assam Employment Exchange Portal Online Registration

Here is the complete process to make Assam Employment Exchange Portal online registration:-

STEP 1: Firstly visit the official Assam Employment Exchange Portal at https://employment.assam.gov.in/

STEP 2: At the homepage, click at the “Registration” tab present at the middle of the page for online registration of applicant in employment exchange. Then a message “You will now proceed to the ARTPS portal” would be displayed where you can click at “Continue” button.

STEP 3: Upon clicking the Continue button or directly clicking rtps.assam.gov.in, you can proceed to make registration of employment seeker in Employment Exchange by clicking at “Apply with Aadhaar” button. Accordingly, Assam Employment Exchange Portal login window will open:-

STEP 4: Existing users can make login while new users can click at “Don’t have an account? Register HERE” link.

STEP 5: Enter full name, e-mail ID, mobile number, password, state and click at “Submit” button to complete Assam Employment Exchange online registration process.

Guidelines for Aadhar Based Registration at Online Assam Employment Exchange Portal

1. All citizens of India above the age of 14 years who are permanent residents of Assam are eligible to register their names in the Employment Exchange of the State of Assam.
2. The candidates are eligible for Registration in one Employment Exchange only in the state, where they are permanent residents within the jurisdiction of the District.
3. Applicants who are already employed and seeking better employment have to be registered only after production of a “No Objection Certificate” issued by the employer.
4. All text box with asterisk (*) symbol is mandatory to filled up.
5. Please scan all Educational Qualification (Pass Certificate & Mark sheets in chronological order from lowest level to highest level) into a single PDF and upload as one single PDF.
6. After successfully submission of application Employment Exchange Card (X 10) will be issued to his/her registered Email. 
7. Every registrant shall renew his /her registration once in 3 years in the due month as indicated on his/her Registration card.
8. Failure to renew the registration even after lapse of grace period (3 months), will lead to cancellation of registration and subsequent removal from Live Register maintained in the Employment Exchange.
9. No request for renewal of registration after the expiry of the due month and grace period shall be entertained under any circumstances.

Online Renewal / Re-Registration at Assam Employment Exchange Portal

• Renewal – For online renewal of registration in employment exchange, similar process is to be followed like for making registration.
• Re-registration – Online Re-registration of applicant in employment exchange, similar process is to be followed like for making registration.

Assam Employment Exchange Offline Registration (Non-Aadhaar Based)

1. All citizens of India above the age of 14 years who are permanent residents of Assam ,(as per Office memorandum no .E/P-344/41472 Dtd 05-07-1971) are eligible to Register their names in the Employment Exchanges of the State of Assam.
2. The candidates are eligible for Registration in one Employment Exchange only in the state, where they are permanent residents within the jurisdiction of the District.
3. Applicants who are already employed and seeking better employment have to be registered only after production of a “No Objection Certificate” issued by the employer.
4. Once a candidate has registered online and completes the requisite information in the form, he/she will be issued an acknowledgement receipt informing about the stipulated date and time for physical verification of all original documents.
5. The candidate is required to visit concerned Employment Exchange in person for verification of all original documents on stipulated date and time.
6. All text box with asterisk(*) symbol is mandatory to filled up.
7. Please scan all Educational Qualification (Pass Certificate & Mark sheets in chronological order from lowest level to highest level) into a single PDF and upload as one single PDF.
8. After physical verification if documents and certificates are found in order, an Employment Exchange Card (X-10) will be issued. Applicant will receive Employment Exchange Card through his/her Email.
9. Every registrant shall renew his /her registration once in three (3) years in the due month as indicated on his/her Registration card by either personally visiting the concerned Employment Exchange or online. A grace period of three (3) months is provided to the registrants.
10. Failure to renew the registration even after lapse of grace period, will lead to cancellation of registration and subsequent removal from Live Register maintained in the Employment Exchange.
11. No request for renewal of registration after the expiry of the due month and grace period shall be entertained under any circumstances.
