STEP 3 - Submit the filled form to your institution before the last date. The last date to submit the form at the college counter is 6 September 2026.

STEP 4 - Higher secondary students must also complete the online application on the DARPAN portal between 14 August and 5 September 2026.

STEP 5 - Undergraduate and postgraduate students must complete the online submission on the Assam SAMARTH portal before 5 September 2026. Online submission is required to get the benefit.

STEP 6 - The institution checks the application between 17 August and 10 September 2026. After approval, the monthly support is sent directly to the student's bank account through DBT payment.

Who Can Apply

  • You must live in Assam permanently and be a girl student.
  • You must be studying in a government, government-aided, provincialised or venture institution in Assam.
