2BHK Telangana 4th Phase List 2026 PDF Download: Now Under Indiramma Indlu

2BHK Telangana 4th Phase List is no longer released under the old Double Bedroom Housing Scheme. Telangana government has merged the pending 2BHK allotments, including the 4th phase, into the Indiramma Indlu housing scheme, which now handles all new beneficiary lists and house distributions.

People who applied under the earlier 2BHK phases can still check the old 2nd and 3rd phase lists at 2bhk.telangana.gov.in. For the latest sanction lists, the official portal is indirammaindlu.telangana.gov.in, where names can be searched by Aadhaar number, mobile number, application ID or FSC card.

2BHK Telangana 4th Phase List Status 2026

Former Chief Minister KCR launched the 2BHK housing scheme in October 2015 to provide double bedroom houses to poor families. 2BHK means a house with two bedrooms, a hall and a kitchen. The scheme gives fully subsidized houses, so eligible families do not pay anything from their own pocket.

Since the Congress government took over in late 2023, the old 2BHK scheme has been rebranded and expanded into Indiramma Indlu. The 4th phase allotments from the earlier BRS era are now being completed under this new scheme. Eligible families get ₹5 lakh financial support for house construction, without any beneficiary contribution.

As of January 2025, the final beneficiary list for Indiramma Illu Phase 1 was released, targeting 4.5 lakh houses across 119 constituencies with a total budget of ₹22,000 crore. This includes honoring pending 2BHK applications, including from the 4th phase, through a detailed survey and checking process carried out during the Praja Palana drives.

If you applied earlier for this scheme, your status may have been carried over. Due to audits for ineligible or incomplete allotments, some re-verifications are still going on to keep the process clear.

How to Check Indiramma Indlu Status Online

STEP 1 - Open the official Indiramma Indlu portal at indirammaindlu.telangana.gov.in and click on the Application Search option.

STEP 2 - Choose the search option from Mobile No, Aadhaar No, Application ID or FSC Card No and enter the required details.

STEP 3 - Click on the Search button. Your name, sanction status and other details will appear on the screen.

Applicants can also check their application status on the Telangana GHB portal at tghb.telangana.gov.in/cure-status. For any other update, contact the local Mandal Development Office (MDO) or call the helpline 1800-425-0025.
