First disbursement of Assam Orunodoi 3.0 for the 2026-27 financial year was launched on 1 August 2026 at Srimanta Sankardeva Kalakshetra in Guwahati. Over 37 lakh women beneficiaries received ₹1,250 each. As a special relief measure, women in the flood-hit districts of Sivasagar, Charaideo, Golaghat and Jorhat got ₹2,500 each. Assam Orunodoi 3.0 Scheme Online Apply 2026

There is no online application window for Orunodoi 3.0. The state government has not opened any self-registration portal for the scheme.
