West Bengal government starts WB Utsashree Portal Registration and Login at banglarshiksha.gov.in/utsashree/. It is an Online Teacher Transfer Portal where applicants can apply online for teacher transfer, check eligibility, benefits and application status. The WB state govt. recently started this new portal where all Online Teacher Transfer application form are to be filled and can even be tracked by the applicants at the official website.

WB Utsashree Portal Registration 2024 & Login

https://banglarshiksha.gov.in/utsashree/ has been functional from 2 August 2021. This portal must be accessed in case you want to apply online for teacher transfer, checking your eligibility criteria, benefits of filling application form, tracking application status. In this article, we will tell you about how to apply for transfer and other aspects regarding the Utsashree Scheme.

WB Teacher Transfer Apply Online Process

Below is the complete process to make West Bengal Online Teacher Transfer Portal Registration to apply online for transfer of teachers in West Bengal state:-

STEP 1: Firstly visit the official WB Utsashree Portal at https://banglarshiksha.gov.in/utsashree/

STEP 2: At the homepage, you can click at the “Apply for Transfer” button or directly click https://banglarshiksha.gov.in/utsashree/page/teacher_transfer.php to apply online for online teacher transfer in the West Bengal state.

STEP 3: In the opened window, read the eligibility criteria, benefits, agree to terms and conditions and click at “Proceed” button.

STEP 5: Then the page for Banglarshiksha Utsashree Teacher Transfer Login page will open as shown below:-

STEP 6: Here select the OSMS Type, Teacher Unique code (OSMS 8 Digit Code), PAN Card number, captcha and then click at “Login” button to make WB Utsashree Portal registration and apply for transfer.

STEP 1: Firstly visit the official WB Utsashree Portal at https://banglarshiksha.gov.in/utsashree/

STEP 2: At the homepage, you can click at the “Login” button or directly click https://banglarshiksha.gov.in/utsashree/page/login.php to make page login at WB Utsashree Scheme Portal.

STEP 3: Then you can make login if you are an existing user and if you are new user, then firstly apply online for transfer and make login at the user page.

Instructions for Teacher Transfer Application at Utsashree Portal

If you wish to submit application through Utsashree Portal, Kindly read the following instructions carefully:-

Eligibility Criteria

• The applicant should be confirmed and serving in the present school in the present post for at least five years.
• Applicant must be within 59 years of age
• Place of posting should be more than 25 km in case of secondary schools
• Primary teachers will not be able to apply within the same Circle
• No teaching/non teaching staff would be allowed to apply within five years of last transfer
• If anybody has refused a transfer order he/she will not be able to apply again before completion of seven years
• If anybody is under suspension, facing any Disciplinary proceedings/judicial proceedings or charges of financial irregularity he she shall not be able to apply for transfer

Documents Required to be Uploaded

• Documents relating to any illness
• Documents relating to physical disablement (above 40%)
• Birth certificate of child for female teacher
• Distance certificate between places of posting of both spouses
• Distance certificate between place of posting and permanent address
• Size of documents should not exceed 200 KB
