STEP 2 - Submit the form along with the required documents. A one-time registration fee of ₹25 and a monthly contribution of ₹10 must be paid. You can register for a period ranging from 1 to 5 years.
STEP 3 - After registration, if you or a family member is diagnosed with silicosis, first use the ₹50,000 health card benefit under the Bhagat Puran Singh Sehat Beema Yojana. When that amount is exhausted, submit the medical certificate, treatment bills and proof of expenditure to the local labour inspector or at the Sewa Kendra to claim the balance up to ₹1,50,000.
