Apply Process for Khiladi Protsahan Yojana
Application is offline. Papers have to reach the right officer within 6 months of the selection or the win, so it is better not to sit on the certificate. Steps are given below.
STEP 1 - Get the certificate of your selection or win from a recognised sports body. This certificate has to be signed by the District Superintendent of Police or the District Sports Officer of your district.
STEP 2 - Collect the application form in the prescribed format from the Janpad Panchayat office in rural areas or the Nagar Palika office in urban areas. Fill in your name, registration card number, sport, level of the game and bank details carefully.
STEP 3 - Attach copies of your construction worker registration card, Aadhaar card, bank passbook first page, a passport size photo and the sports certificate with the form.
STEP 4 - Submit the full set to the sanctioning officer. In urban areas this is the Commissioner or the Chief Municipal Officer of the urban body. In rural areas it is the Chief Executive Officer of the Janpad Panchayat.
