AP Auto Mitra scheme beneficiary list name check and application status can now be done on the GSWS NBM portal using Aadhaar number. The scheme has been renamed by Government of Andhra Pradesh as Auto Driver Sevalo (Auto Drivers Sevalo) and the annual help was raised to Rs. 15,000 for auto, taxi and maxi cab owners. The first payment of Rs. 15,000 each was released to about 2.90 lakh drivers on 4 October 2025.

This is the renamed and enhanced version of the earlier AP Vahana Mitra scheme. After the change, beneficiary verification and payment status checks are done on the GSWS NBM portal of Andhra Pradesh. The complete beneficiary list is not available as a PDF. Any driver can check name in the beneficiary list and view application and payment status using Aadhaar number.

AP Auto Driver Sevalo Beneficiary List Name Check

Below are the steps to check name in the beneficiary list and see the application status of Auto Driver Sevalo scheme on the GSWS NBM portal. The same process works for checking the payment status once the amount is released for a cycle.

STEP 1 - Open the application status page of the GSWS NBM portal of Andhra Pradesh.

STEP 2 - The page opens with a form asking for scheme name, year, UID and captcha.

STEP 3 - Select Auto Driver Sevalo (earlier Financial Assistance to Auto & Maxi Cab Owners) in the scheme name field. For the current cycle, select the financial year shown on the portal, for example 2025-2026 for the first cycle or 2026-2027 when the new cycle opens.

STEP 4 - Enter the Aadhaar number in the UID field, type the captcha code and click on Get OTP.

STEP 5 - An OTP is sent to the Aadhaar linked mobile number. Enter the OTP and click on Verify.

STEP 6 - If a message like AADHAR IS NOT IN HOUSEHOLD DATABASE appears, then the name is not in the beneficiary list.

STEP 7 - If details appear under Basic Details, then the name is present in the NBM household database. This alone does not mean the name is in the Auto Driver Sevalo beneficiary list.

STEP 8 - If an application number, application date and status appear under Application Details, then the name is present in the beneficiary list of AP Auto Driver Sevalo scheme.

STEP 9 - Payment details appear there only after the state government sends the amount to beneficiary accounts. The first payment for the 2025-26 cycle was released in October 2025, and the payment for the next cycle appears in the portal once it is released.

Using the steps above, drivers can verify their name in the beneficiary list and check application and payment status of the scheme.
