Bihar SC / ST Civil Seva Protsahan Yojana: Bihar government is inviting online applications for SC / ST Civil Seva Protsahan Yojana at scstonline.bihar.gov.in. Under this scheme, SC and ST candidates who are permanent residents of the state and have cleared the preliminary stage of a civil service exam get a one-time encouragement amount.

Candidates who clear the BPSC prelims get Rs 50,000, while those who clear the UPSC Civil Services prelims get Rs 1,00,000. The amount is paid directly into the bank account of the candidate through DBT.

Mukhyamantri Anusuchit Jati Evam Anusuchit Janjati Civil Seva Protsahan Yojana helps poor SC and ST students to focus on their Mains preparation without worrying about the expenses. Apply Online for Bihar SC / ST Civil Seva Protsahan Yojana

SC and ST candidates who have cleared the prelims of the qualifying civil service exam can apply online through the official SC and ST Welfare Department of Bihar. The application window generally stays open for 45 days from the date of the prelims result.

STEP 1 - Go to the official website of the SC and ST Welfare Department of Bihar at https://scstonline.bihar.gov.in/.

STEP 2 - On the homepage, click on the "Mukhyamantri Anusuchit Jati Evam Anusuchit Janjati Civil Seva Protsahan Yojana" link under the schemes section.

STEP 3 - On the application page, click on the "New Registration" link to create a new account. Enter your name, gender, father's name, date of birth, category, mobile number and email ID.

STEP 4 - After registration, log in using the username and password you created.

STEP 5 - Once logged in, click on the "Online Application" link and fill in your personal, educational and exam details.

STEP 6 - Upload the required documents, including your recent photograph, signature, admit card, caste certificate, Aadhaar card, residential proof and bank passbook.

STEP 7 - Verify all the details before the final submission. Once submitted, no changes can be made. Note down the application ID for future reference.
