West Bengal government has not released any statewide Annapurna Bhandar name list PDF for download. There is no single file with all beneficiary names. Instead, the government lets you check your name in two ways, online through the official portal and offline at your local panchayat or block office.
As of August 2026, the scheme has received 2.16 crore applications. First installment of ₹3,000 went to 28,25,769 women on 3 June 2026. Second installment reached over 1 crore women from 1 July 2026. Chief Minister Suvendu Adhikari confirmed that the third installment will start from 17 August 2026 for women whose applications were submitted before 10 July and whose documents are fully verified.
Annapurna Bhandar Name List - What Actually Exists
Annapurna Yojana, also called Annapurna Bhandar Prakalpa, pays ₹3,000 every month to eligible women aged 25 to 60 in West Bengal. It replaced Lakshmir Bhandar Scheme, which used to pay between ₹1,000 and ₹1,700 a month.
At the scheme launch at Nabanna, Chief Secretary Manoj Kumar Agarwal said the approved name list would go on the department website. What the government put up is a search based check, not a downloadable file. You log in, you see your own record. No button gives you a district wide PDF with every name.
The government also publishes approved lists at block, gram panchayat and municipality offices. That printed list on the notice board is the closest thing to a name list PDF. In many blocks, the office does print it as a PDF before pasting. So a real Annapurna Bhandar name list PDF may exist for your panchayat or ward, but it comes from your local office, not from any website.
One more thing. The list is not fixed. It gets refreshed every seven days as more applications clear verification.

How to Check Your Name in Annapurna Bhandar List Online
Online name check works on the West Bengal social security portal. Keep your registered mobile number, Aadhaar card and application ID ready.
STEP 1 - Open your browser and go to socialsecurity.wb.gov.in.
STEP 2 - Click on the "Track Applicant Status" option on the homepage.

STEP 3 - Type your name, application ID, Aadhaar number or registered mobile number in the boxes shown. Any of these can be used to find your record.
STEP 4 - An OTP will come to your registered mobile number. Enter the OTP, fill the captcha if asked, and click Search.
STEP 5 - Your status shows on screen. If it reads Payment Processing or Approved, your name is in the beneficiary list and ₹3,000 will land in your Aadhaar linked bank account. See the Annapurna Yojana installment dates for when money usually moves.
For the full portal login guide including the citizen portal at socialregistry.wb.gov.in, see the Annapurna Yojana portal login page.
Check at Block and Panchayat Office
Second way to find your name is the offline list. Approved names are published at block, gram panchayat and booth level. In rural areas, Block Development Officers recommend the list to the District Magistrate. In urban areas, the Sub Divisional Officer does it. Inside Kolkata, KMC handles it. District Magistrates are the sanctioning authority.
Go to your gram panchayat, municipality or BDO office and ask for the Annapurna Yojana approved list. Carry your Aadhaar card and voter card. Staff can also tell you why a name was left out, which the online portal does not always show clearly. You can also ask for a printed PDF copy of the list for your particular area. If ineligible names appear on the list, citizens can raise an objection at the same office.
What Your Application Status Means
Status words on the portal confuse many people. Reading them wrong makes women apply twice, which slows things down. Here is what each status means.
- Under Inquiry - Document checking is still going on. Anganwadi workers may visit your home to match details with your papers. Your name is not rejected, just not cleared yet.
- Under Processing - Your form passed the first check and is moving through the office chain. Nothing needed from your side.
- Payment Processing - Your application is approved and ₹3,000 will be sent to your bank account in the next payment round.
- Rejected - Something is wrong with your papers or you did not meet a condition. No payment will come until this is fixed at the block office.
Why Your Name May Be Missing
About 26 lakh applications were rejected after verification, and around 30 lakh old records were removed while moving women from Lakshmir Bhandar. Common reasons include:
- Dropped during SIR 2026 - Women marked as dead, shifted, deleted or absent during the Special Intensive Revision of electoral rolls were removed. Women who filed an appeal before the SIR tribunal or applied under CAA with a pending case keep getting ₹3,000 till their case is decided.
- Aadhaar and bank account not linked - If your bank account is not linked with Aadhaar through NPCI, the DBT payment fails even when your name is approved. Ask your bank branch to complete the seeding.
- Name spelling mismatch - A difference between your Aadhaar name and the name on the form holds up the file. Same problem with wrong account number or IFSC code.
- Rules not met - Age outside 25 to 60 years, income tax payers, government employees (including PSU, panchayat, municipality and government aided institution staff) are kept out.
What to Do If Your Name Is Not on the List
Not finding your name does not mean it is over. Document verification continues till 30 August 2026. Some rejected forms are being rechecked by officials, and if found valid, they will be approved and added back to the beneficiary list.
STEP 1 - Check the status first. If it says Under Inquiry, wait and keep your Aadhaar card, voter card, ration card, bank passbook and photo ready for the Anganwadi worker who comes home.
STEP 2 - If you never applied, fill the Annapurna Bhandar application form and submit it at your BDO office, SDO office, municipality office or a registration camp.
STEP 3 - If the status shows Rejected, go to the same office with papers that prove your case and ask for your file to be reviewed.
STEP 4 - If nothing moves, call the state helpline on 8282082820 between 9 AM and 6 PM from Monday to Saturday, or email asap@wb.gov.in. The government also runs Apnar Sorkar Apnar Pashe camps and Janakalyan Shibir camps across blocks where staff help with status checks and Aadhaar to bank account linking.
How to Save Your Status as a PDF
If you need proof to show at the bank or panchayat office, you can save your own status page as a PDF.
STEP 1 - Log in on the portal and open the page that shows your name, application number and status.
STEP 2 - On a phone, tap the three dot menu in Chrome and choose Print. On a computer, press Ctrl and P together.
STEP 3 - Pick "Save as PDF" instead of a printer name, then tap save. The file goes to your downloads folder.
Fake Annapurna Bhandar Name List PDF Files
Dozens of fake websites have come up with names close to the real portal, ending in .com, .online, .shop and .co.in instead of .gov.in. Many show an Annapurna Bhandar name list PDF download button. Those files are not government records.
Never enter your Aadhaar number, bank details or OTP on any site that does not end in .gov.in. No government office charges a fee for checking a name or processing an application, so anyone asking for money is running a scam. For the correct login route, see the Annapurna Yojana portal login guide, and for round wise updates check the Annapurna Yojana beneficiary list page.
Eligibility for Annapurna Bhandar List
Before looking for your name, confirm you meet all conditions.
- Permanent resident of West Bengal - Proven by Aadhaar card or Voter ID registered in the state.
- Age between 25 and 60 years - Age counted on the date of applying.
- Not a government employee or pensioner - State or central government staff, pensioners, and staff of government aided schools and colleges are out.
- Not an income tax payer - Women who file income tax returns are not covered.
- Aadhaar linked bank account - Bank account must be seeded with Aadhaar for DBT. The account must be in the woman's own name (single account, not joint).
FAQ's
Is there any official Annapurna Bhandar name list PDF to download?
No statewide PDF has been released. Name checking is done by logging in on the portal with your mobile number and OTP, or by visiting your gram panchayat or municipality office where printed lists are put up.
When is the third installment of ₹3,000 coming?
Chief Minister Suvendu Adhikari confirmed it will start from 17 August 2026. Women who applied before 10 July and are fully verified will get it first. Those who applied between 11 and 31 July will get it later after verification.
How often is the Annapurna Bhandar list updated?
Every seven days. Names clear verification in batches, so a woman missing today can appear in the next weekly refresh.
My name was on Lakshmir Bhandar. Do I need to apply again?
Women who were active under Lakshmir Bhandar were moved over after verification. You only need to apply fresh if you were dropped during SIR 2026 checking or if the portal shows no record against your mobile number.
Can I see the full name list for my village?
Not on the website. The online portal shows one record at a time after OTP login. For the full list of your area, go to your gram panchayat, municipality or BDO office where the approved list is displayed.
My name is on the list but no money came. Why?
Almost always a bank problem. DBT fails if your Aadhaar is not seeded with your account, if the bank name does not match your Aadhaar name, if you gave a joint account, or if the account is dormant. Visit your bank branch and get the seeding confirmed.
