Haryana Bhavantar Bharpai Yojana registration is done on the Meri Fasal Mera Byora portal at fasal.haryana.gov.in. Haryana government is accepting the Bhavantar Bharpai Yojana online application form for horticulture crops, and farmers who are registered on the Fasal Haryana portal can sell their produce in any Mandi and claim the price deficit. The list of crops, protected price (MSP), documents, and application steps are given below.

In Haryana Bhavantar Bharpai Yojana, if any horticulture grower gets a lower price for his produce in any Mandi, then the state government provides compensation for the price deficit. This BBY scheme helps farmers in crop diversification and reduces the risk by fixing a protected price for fruits, vegetables, and honey.

Update: Beekeeping has been included under Bhavantar Bharpai Yojana. A protected price of ₹120 per kg has been fixed for honey, and the government released ₹1.02 crore to beekeepers' accounts on World Bee Day, 20 May 2026.

All the farmers can see the prescribed dates because registration, verification, and appeal lines stay open only within the specified duration. So all farmers must complete online registration during the given time limit. To get the incentive amount, farmers have to sell their crop through J-Form and upload it on the BBY portal. Afterwards, the state government transfers the compensation amount directly into the Aadhaar-linked bank account of the farmers within 15 days.

STEP 1 - For Haryana Bhavantar Bharpai Yojana registration, first visit the official Meri Fasal Mera Byora portal at https://fasal.haryana.gov.in/

STEP 2 - At the homepage, click at the "किसान अनुभाग क्लिक करें" link.

STEP 6 - Enter the mobile number, hit the login button, and validate the OTP. Then the portal asks "क्या आप अपनी परिवार पहचान पत्र आईडी जानते हैं?" If "Yes", enter the Family ID, and if No, enter the Aadhaar number. Then it displays the family details on the Bhavantar Bharpayee Yojana portal as shown below:-

Haryana Bhavantar Bharpai Yojana Update

Update - Haryana government has added carrot (गाजर), pea (मटर), kinnow (किन्नू), guava (अमरूद), capsicum (शिमला मिर्च), and brinjal (बैंगन) under Bhavantar Bharpai Yojana. Protected price for carrot is ₹700 per quintal, kinnow ₹1,100 per quintal, and pea ₹1,100 per quintal. To get the benefit of this scheme, farmers must complete their registration on the Meri Fasal Mera Byora portal.

Bhavantar Bharpai Yojana Registration Process for Farmers

All farmers need to follow these steps to become eligible for this scheme:-

1. During the seeding duration, all farmers must complete registration on the BBY e-portal of the horticulture department and on the website of Haryana State Agricultural Marketing Board (HSAMB). इस योजना के तहत लाभ लेने के लिए किसान को बिजाई अवधि के दौरान मार्केटिंग बोर्ड की वेबसाईट पर बागवानी भावान्तर (BBY) ई-पोर्टल के माध्यम से पंजीकरण करवाना अनिवार्य।
2. Area certification by the officers of the horticulture department. उद्यान विभाग द्वारा पंजीकृत किसानों का क्षेत्र प्रमाणीकरण।
3. If a farmer is not satisfied with the certified area, there is a provision to file an appeal. प्रमाणित क्षेत्र से असंतुष्ट होने पर किसान द्वारा अपील दायर करने का प्रावधान।
4. Free registration for producers and manufacturers. उत्पादक का निःशुल्क पंजीकरण।
5. All these registrations will remain applicable within the time limits mentioned above. पंजीकरण केवल निर्धारित अवधि के दौरान खुला रहेगा।
6. Common Service Centers, E-Disha Centers, Marketing Board, horticulture department, agriculture department, and internet kiosks will provide the registration facility. सर्व सेवा केंद्र/ई-दिशा केंद्र/मार्किटिंग बोर्ड/ बागवानी विभाग/कृषि विभाग और इन्टरनैट कियोस्क पर पंजीकरण सुविधा उपलब्ध होगी।

Bhavantar Bharpai Yojana Crops, MSP, and Production

In the first phase of Bhavantar Bharpai Yojana, the state government included 4 crops and set their protected price along with scheduled production. These 4 crops were Tomato (टमाटर), Potato (आलू), Onion (प्याज), and Cauliflower (फूलगोभी). Later 6 more crops, carrot, pea, kinnow, guava, capsicum, and brinjal, were added. Beekeeping and Honey under Bhavantar Bharpai Yojana

Haryana government has included beekeeping under Bhavantar Bharpai Yojana to protect beekeepers from market fluctuations. A protected price of ₹120 per kg has been fixed for honey. Haryana is currently first in the country in beekeeper registrations, and the government aims to increase the number of beekeepers to 7,750 and honey production to 15,500 metric tons by 2030.

• Providing financial support to farmers who sell their crops or vegetables in the prescribed period at a price below the protected price. 1. First, visit the official website of Haryana Agriculture Department.
