Assam government has launched Swanirbhar Naari Portal registration 2024 and login process at swanirbharnaari.assam.gov.in. Swanirbhar Nari Scheme will empower indigenous weavers of Assam. The state govt. will procure handloom items directly from weavers through an online portal. The new scheme will help preserve heritage of handlooms & textiles by ensuring assured income to weavers. Swanirbhar Naari Portal Launch

CM Himanta Biswa Sarma has launched Swanirbhar Naari Portal registration & login at https://swanirbharnaari.assam.gov.in/. Under the ‘Swanirbhar Naari’ scheme, the state government will procure handloom items directly from the indigenous weavers via a web portal. Chief Minister on Twitter wrote, “Happy to launch ‘Swanirbhar Naari’ a scheme to empower our indigenous weavers. Govt will procure handloom items directly from them through an online portal.” CM said that the scheme will help preserve the heritage of handlooms and textiles.

“I am sure this scheme will help preserve our heritage of handlooms and textiles by ensuring assured income to our weavers,” Sarma said. The Chief Minister further lauded Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s love for Assamese “gamosa”. Sarma urged the Handloom and Textiles department to generate more awareness on gamosa. “PM Narendra Modi’s love for Assamese gamosa has made it known far and wide. Taking advantage of the favourable ecosystem, I urge Handloom and Textile Dept to generate more awareness on gamosa. I also urge all concerned to procure handloom-made gamosa only,” Sarma tweeted.

Swanirbhar Naari Portal Registration 2024 / Login

Below is the complete process to make Swanirbhar Naari Portal registration and login through online mode:-

STEP 1: First of all, visit the official website at https://swanirbharnaari.assam.gov.in/

STEP 2: At the homepage, click at the “Register” tab present in the main menu or directly click https://swanirbharnaari.assam.gov.in/Home/registration

STEP 3: Then the page to make Swanirbhar Naari Portal registration 2024 will appear as shown below:-

STEP 4: Enter personal details (name, aadhar number, voter ID, mobile number, email ID, father / husband name, date of birth, gender, caste, pin code), address details (district, assembly constituency, block area, municipality area), yarn passbook details (yarn passbook number, issuing authority) and login details. Then you should click “Yes” to Do you want to sell your handloom products under “SWANIRBHAR NAARI” scheme and click at “Register” button to complete Swanirbhar Naari Portal registration process.

STEP 5: After completion of Swanirbhar Naari Scheme registration, you can login by clicking at the “Login” button present in the header section or by directly clicking at https://swanirbharnaari.assam.gov.in/Home/login

STEP 7: Enter username, password, choose role, captcha code and click at “Sign In” button to make Swanirbhar Naari Scheme Login.
