Every year, new job card is prepared for each eligible beneficiary which can be easily checked on the official website. Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Act 2005 (MGNREGA), which now has been renamed and revamped to 'Viksit Bharat G RAM G Act 2025' provides job cards to poor families across the countries which contains the details of the work to be done by the job card holder or beneficiary.

LATEST UPDATE: Viksit Bharat G RAM G Act 2025 was approved on 22nd December 2025, which has officially replaced MGNREGA with a new rural employment law aligned with Viksit Bharat 2047. The Act increases the employment guarantee to 125 days per rural household, introduces a 60 day no work window for peak farm seasons, and links wage work with four priority areas covering water security, core rural infrastructure, livelihood assets, and climate resilience. Planning shifts to Viksit Gram Panchayat Plans and all assets merge into the Viksit Bharat National Rural Infrastructure Stack. The new framework moves from demand based to normative funding, improves Centre State accountability, strengthens digital monitoring, mandates regular social audits, and provides weekly or fortnightly wage payments. The Act aims to deliver stronger transparency, higher incomes, and durable rural infrastructure through a modernized employment guarantee system.

After clicking on your state link, select your district, block and gram panchayat name from the VB-GRAMG portal. Then click on "Job card / Employment Register" link to see the complete list.

Process to Download MGNREGA Job Card List 2026-2027 from vbgramg.dord.gov.in

Here is the complete process to download job card from the new official VB-GRAMG portal (Viksit Bharat G RAM G) at vbgramg.dord.gov.in.

STEP 1: Visit the new VB-GRAMG portal at vbgramg.dord.gov.in. On the homepage, click on the "State Reports" link under the "Analytics & Reports" section as shown in the below image.

STEP 2: On the next page, click on the name of your state or union territory for which you want to see the job card list.

STEP 3: Now select your district name from the list as shown below.

Then select the block name from the next page.

Now select your Gram Panchayat name from the list.

In the next page, click on the link of "Job card / Employment Register" under the first section of R1. Job card / Registration as shown in below image.

STEP 4: Now the job card list of the selected gram panchayat will open as shown in below image. Click on any Job Card number to see the complete details of that job card holder.

STEP 5: The job card list uses color coding to indicate the status of each job card as follows:

• Note: An asterisk (*) means that the job card has been removed.
• Green: Includes a photograph and employment was utilized.
• Gray: Includes a photograph, but no employment was utilized.
• SunFlower: Missing a photograph, but employment was utilized.
• Red: Missing a photograph and no employment was utilized.

Download NREGA Job Card PDF

If you want to download PDF of job card then you can use the print command on your computer laptop by pressing the "ctrl+p" buttons or select print from the browser menu. You need to select Save as PDF in the print dialog which opens after the print command, as shown in the below image.

By clicking the "Save" button, you can save the PDF of NREGA job card to your computer and then later get it printed on the physical paper.

If you have forgotten your job card number, you can check your NREGA job card number on the official website. Here is the complete procedure to check the job card number on vbgramgrep.dord.gov.in.

STEP 1: Visit vbgramgrep.dord.gov.in

In the first step, visit the State Report page on the official VB-GRAMG website at this link.

STEP 2: Select State

On this page, select your state name.

STEP 3: Select district, block and gram panchayat

On the next page, select the name of your district, then block and then gram panchayat name. and then click on the "Job card / Employment Register" link as given in the above process. This will display the list of job cards for the selected gram panchayat as shown below.

STEP 4: Find your job card number

As you can see in the above image, Job card number and Name is displayed in the list. In order to find your job card number, just look for your name in the list. If you are browsing using mobile phone, then you can use the find in page feature in your mobile chrome browser.

To use the find in page feature, just tap on the 3 dots menu on the top right side of the browser and then tap "Find in Page" as shown in below images.

STEP 5: Type Your Name

Now type your name in Hindi in the typing field as shown in the below image, after typing, entries matching your typed name will be highlighted as in the below image, you can use up and down arrows to find your actual name in the page and look for the job card number against it.
