STEP 4 - Search for the scheme and open it. Enter your Parivar Pehchan Patra (Family ID) and click on 'Click here to Fetch Family Data' to see the family members listed under that ID.
STEP 5 - Select the beneficiary name, enter the OTP sent to the family member, and click on 'Click to Verify'. Fill in all the required details and upload the required documents.
STEP 6 - Preview the application form and click on 'Submit'. Note down your Application Reference ID to track the status.

Process after application
Your application is examined by the Sub Divisional Officer on a first come first serve basis and forwarded to the Deputy Director within three working days. The Deputy Director sends it to the Assistant Director at the Government Hatchery Farm in Hisar within four working days. Once approved, the chicks and equipment are delivered to your home.
