Uttar Pradesh government has opened Sant Ravidaas Shiksha Protsaahan Yojana for the 2026-27 academic year. Children of registered construction workers can apply for this scholarship, which gives from ₹2,000 up to ₹1,00,000 a year depending on the class or course.

Eligibility

Application Process

Application for the scheme is done mostly online through the official portal of the Uttar Pradesh Building and Other Construction Workers Welfare Board. The money is sent directly to the worker's bank account through DBT after the application is checked by a labour officer.

STEP 1 - Go to the official website at upbocw.in and log in using the worker registration details, which include the Aadhaar number and the registered mobile number.

STEP 2 - From the schemes menu on the portal, select Sant Ravidaas Shiksha Protsaahan Yojana.

STEP 3 - Fill in the child's details, class, name of the institution and bank account information in the application form.

STEP 4 - Upload the required documents, which include the last mark sheet, fee receipt and the worker registration card, and submit the application.

STEP 5 - A labour officer or circle officer checks the application, and after approval the benefit is sent to the worker's bank account. For those who cannot apply online, offline submission is accepted at the nearest labour office, tehsil or block development office.
