Bihar government has started CM QRT (Quick Response Team), a new way to send your problem straight to Chief Minister Samrat Choudhary's office through X (Twitter). You post your problem with a photo or video, tag @Samrat4BJP and @BiharCMQRT, and the team looks into it.
Chief Minister's Secretariat announced CM QRT on 5 October 2026 under the line "Your Voice. Our Response." There's no form to fill and no fee. All you need is an X account.
How to register a complaint with Bihar CM QRT
The official poster gives four steps. Here they are with a bit more detail, so your complaint has what an officer needs to act on it.
STEP 1 - Open the X app or go to x.com. If you don't have an account, sign up free with your mobile number or email. You can also scan the QR code on the official CM QRT poster, which opens the Chief Minister's X profile.
STEP 2 - Follow the Chief Minister's account @Samrat4BJP. Follow @BiharCMQRT as well so you see the team's updates.
STEP 3 - Write a new post about your problem and tag both @Samrat4BJP and @BiharCMQRT in it. Attach a clear photo or short video, like a broken road, a dry hand pump or an office notice.
STEP 4 - Publish the post. As per the government, CM QRT will check the issue and take quick action. Watch the replies and notifications on your post for any update.
What to write in your post
A free X account allows 280 characters per post. Use them on facts that let an officer act without coming back to you with questions.
- Write the exact place: village or ward, block and district.
- Name the office or department involved, like the electricity office, ration dealer, police station or block office.
- Say what is wrong and for how long, for example "no electricity for 6 days".
- If you already complained somewhere else, add that complaint or application number.
- Add up to 4 photos or a short video taken at the spot.
Keep personal details out of the post
Everything you post on X is public and anyone can read it. Don't type your Aadhaar number, bank account number, ration card number or phone number in the post, and check that none of them show up in your photos. Share such details only if an official asks, and only in a private message.

More on this in Bihar's move to clear public complaints faster. Students have a separate Vidyarthi Sahayog portal for their grievances.
