Post Matric Scholarship for SC students is a centrally sponsored scheme of the Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment, run in Delhi by the Department for the Welfare of SC/ST/OBC, Government of NCT of Delhi. The department has opened online applications for the 2026-27 academic year through the National Scholarship Portal, and the portal has been accepting applications from 1 June 2026 onwards. Eligible SC students studying in recognized institutions across India can apply and get tuition fee reimbursement along with a monthly maintenance allowance.
