Rajasthan Housing Board (RHB) launched a new residential housing scheme in Atru, Baran district, to provide affordable homes to families in different income groups. The scheme was registered under RERA No. RAJ/P/2025/3971.
Scheme has been closed or it was a one time scheme which has been closed by the government.
This scheme offered multiple categories of houses and flats, from Gharaunda affordable small units and LIG to MIG and HIG, so families from all income groups could apply.

Under Atru Housing Scheme, the following units were offered for families in Baran district:
- MIG A (Middle Income Group A): 31 houses at ₹31.40 lakh
- MIG B (Middle Income Group B): 6 houses at ₹42.00 lakh
- LIG (Lower Income Group): 89 houses at ₹21.50 lakh
- HIG (High Income Group): 13 houses at ₹51.10 lakh
- Gharaunda (Affordable Small Units): 50 houses at ₹7.60 lakh

Application Dates
Applications for Atru Housing Scheme were accepted from 20th August to 20th September 2025. This apply window is now closed, and as per the RHB website, the online and offline payment deposit lists for the scheme have been released.
For families looking for a current RHB scheme in Baran, the board has launched the Gopalpura Housing Scheme 2026 with 497 homes. Online registration for Gopalpura scheme started on 17th August 2026 and will continue till 16th September 2026.
