Rajasthan Housing Board (RHB) opened new residential housing schemes in Panerion Ki Madri, Udaipur for EWS (Economically Weaker Section) and LIG (Lower Income Group) families. Phase 1 of Panerion Ki Madri housing scheme offered 142 G+3 flats and was registered under RERA No. RAJ/P/2025/4065 with prices starting from ₹11.68 lakh.
Applications for Phase 1 were accepted from 20th August to 20th September 2025. The allotment lottery was held on 19th November 2025 and RHB has published the final selected list on its official website. In June 2026, RHB approved the next stage of this project with financial sanction for 144 LIG flats (₹16.91 crore) and 160 EWS flats (₹14.82 crore).
Panerion Ki Madri Udaipur Housing Scheme Details 2026
Panerion Ki Madri housing scheme is part of RHB's move to build affordable homes in towns around big cities. Urban Development and Housing (UDH) Minister Jhabar Singh Kharra launched the Phase 1 flats along with other RHB schemes in August 2025. Housing Commissioner Dr. Rashmi Sharma said these flats give EWS, LIG and middle income families a safe and affordable housing option.
Flats Available in Phase 1
Phase 1 of the scheme offered flats in two income categories. More than 10,000 applications were received for these 142 flats before the lottery.
- EWS (G+3 Flats): 80 units for families from Economically Weaker Section category.
- LIG (G+3 Flats): 62 units for Lower Income Group families, with prices starting from ₹11.68 lakh.
Application and Lottery Process
The application window for Phase 1 was open from 20th August to 20th September 2025. After the forms closed, RHB prepared a priority list and held the computer random lottery on 19th November 2025 at Udaipur. The final list was published on 17th November 2025 for the lottery held on 19th November 2025.
Applicants whose names were not picked in the lottery got their registration fee refunded. The complete list is available on the official RHB lottery page.
Next Phase Approval for Paneriyon Ki Madri
On 10th June 2026, a high level meeting of RHB was held at the board headquarters under Additional Chief Secretary and Board Chairman Alok Gupta. In the 255th Board Meeting and 176th Project Committee Meeting, financial approval was granted for the next phase of Paneriyon Ki Madri.
- 144 LIG flats (G+3): financial approval of ₹16.91 crore.
- 160 EWS flats (G+3): financial approval of ₹14.82 crore.
Housing Commissioner Arvind Poswal directed officials to complete the construction on time without any compromise on quality. This next phase will give more EWS and LIG families a chance to get a flat in Udaipur.
