Social Security & Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities (SSEPD) Department invites Odisha Transgender Person Online Registration Form at ssepd.gov.in. All the transgenders (third gender) can now apply for Odisha Transgender Person registration and can even track application status. Odisha government has also launched Sweekruti, a mission-mode umbrella scheme for transgender equality and justice, on 1 January 2026. Registration on the transgender portal is the first step to get benefits under such schemes. So it is very important for every transgender person in the state to register themselves in government records.
Odisha Transgender Person Registration Form
People from transgender community does not receive the benefits of government schemes meant for them. So the SSEPD department of state govt. has started inviting Odisha Transgender Person Registration Form. All the 3rd gender candidates can now check how to apply online & register themselves in government records by filling application form. Now check the complete process for Transgender Registration Service:-
STEP 1: First of all, transgender applicants can visit SSEPD website at https://ssepd.odisha.gov.in/
STEP 2: On the homepage, click at the "Beneficiary Services" section and click "Transgender Person Services" tab.

STEP 3: Upon clicking at "Transgender Person Services" link, a new window will open where you can either "Apply for Registration" or "Track Application Status". Here you can select "Apply for Registration" tab as shown below:-

STEP 4: On clicking the "Apply For Registration" tab, the Odisha Transgender Person Registration Form will open as below:-

STEP 5: Fill in details like birth name, transgender name, father name, mother name, gender (assigned at birth), mobile number, educational qualification, birth place, where you live, permanent address, disability certificate, upload documents.
Finally, applicants can click at the "Submit" Odisha Transgender Person online registration form.

Track Application Status of Transgender Person Registration
STEP 1: First of all, transgender applicants can visit SSEPD website at https://ssepd.odisha.gov.in/
STEP 2: On the homepage, click at the "Beneficiary Services" section and click "Transgender Person Services" tab.

STEP 3: Upon clicking at "Transgender Person Services" link, a new window will open where you can either "Apply for Registration" or "Track Application Status". Here you can select "Track Application Status" link as shown below:-

STEP 4: On clicking the "Track Application Status" tab, the page to Track Application status of Odisha Transgender Person registration form will appear as shown below:-

STEP 5: Enter the Application Number and then click at "Search" button to track application status of Transgender Person Registration form.
Sweekruti Scheme for Transgender Persons
Odisha government launched Sweekruti, a mission-mode umbrella scheme for promotion of transgender equality and justice, on 1 January 2026. It is run by the SSEPD department and covers support like assistance to parents of transgender children, pre and post matric scholarship, skill training, self help groups, health care and group insurance support, legal aid and a transgender helpline. To get benefits under Sweekruti, a transgender person must be registered on the national transgender portal and have a valid Aadhaar linked bank account.
