Mahila Rojgar Yojana Payment Status Check: Bihar government has sent payment of Rs. 10000 to each of 75 lakh women under Mahila Rojgar Yojana on 26th September 2025. The government has transferred money under Mukhyamantri Mahila Rojgar Yojana directly into women’s bank accounts. On 26 September 2025, PM Narendra Modi has released the first installment of ₹10,000 each to 75 lakh women, a total transfer of ₹75,000 crore. The payment is being done through Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT).
This scheme is mainly for urban and rural women, especially those linked with Jeevika self-help groups. The aim is to support women in starting small businesses and improving their income.
Many women have already applied on the official portal mmry.brlps.in, and are now waiting for the payment. If you have also applied for this scheme, here’s how you can check the status of your payment.

How to Check Mahila Rojgar Yojana Payment Status
At present, the official portal does not have a direct link for payment status checking. However, applicants can follow these common steps after the link to check Mahila Rojgar Yojana Status becomes active on the official portal:
STEP 1: Visit the official website of Bihar Mahila Rojgar Yojana at mmry.brlps.in.
STEP 2: On the homepage, look for the option “आवेदन की स्थिति / Payment Status” or Application Status.
STEP 3: Enter your Application Number / Aadhaar Number or Mobile Number in the given box.

STEP 4: Fill the captcha code and click on the Check Status button.
STEP 5: The portal will show whether your application is approved and if the payment has been sent to your bank account.
If no online option is available, women may receive status updates through SMS from banks on their registered mobile number.

Check Payment Status on PFMS Portal
You can visit the central PFMS portal to check the payment status by your account number on the PFMS portal using below process.
STEP 1: Visit the Know Your Payment page of PFMS portal.

STEP 2: Type the name of your bank, enter bank account number given in the Mahila Rojgar Yojana application and word verification code.
STEP 3: Click on “Send OTP” button, enter the OTP received your mobile number and click Submit
STEP 4: Payment status will be shown on the screen after correct OTP verification.
Mahila Rojgar Yojana Payment not Received – What to Do?
If you have applied for the scheme but you have not received the money in your account, there are few things you can do.
- Check if your bank account is DBT enabled, you can visit your bank branch to check this status.
- Check the latest transactions / statement of your bank account using the UPI apps, or mobile banking or bank helpline or by directly visiting the branch.
- Visit the nearest Jeevika center to check for the payment status.
