Annapurna Bhandar Form PDF 2026 - Details

Annapurna Bhandar Yojana is a women's support scheme of Government of West Bengal. Women and Child Welfare Department handles the scheme, and the money reaches the bank account of the woman through DBT. The department released the form on 27 May 2026, and a final version came out on 10 June 2026.

All eligible women get the same amount now. There is no separate rate for General, SC, or ST families like in Laxmi Bhandar scheme. Fresh registration started on 1 June 2026, and the enrolment drive ran across the state.

Payments have already started. Around ₹36,000 crore has been set aside for the scheme in the state budget, and the third installment was scheduled from 17 August 2026. Full installment date details are given separately.

Who Can Apply for Annapurna Bhandar Form

Before filling the form, check these conditions. Women outside these rules will not get the benefit even if the form is submitted.

• Applicant must be a woman resident of West Bengal and should be between 25 and 60 years of age.
• Families that pay income tax or GST are not covered, so these women cannot apply.
• Permanent or retired government employees, pensioners, and teaching or non-teaching staff of government-aided institutions are not eligible.
• Families owning more than 2 hectares of land are left out of the scheme as per the new rules.

How to Apply Online for the Form

STEP 1 - Open the official portal at socialregistry.wb.gov.in and look for the Annapurna Bhandar or social registry registration section on the home page.

STEP 2 - Register with your mobile number and complete the OTP check. After login, the application form opens on the screen.

STEP 3 - Fill your name, date of birth, address, household ID, bank account details, and other personal information exactly as they appear in your documents.

STEP 4 - Upload the scanned copies of Aadhaar, photograph, bank passbook, and address proof in the size and format asked on the portal.

STEP 5 - Recheck every entry, submit the form, and save the application number. You will need this number later to check application status.

How to Apply Offline

Women who cannot apply online can submit the printed form at the local block office, municipality, or panchayat office. Camps were also held for enrolment, and Janakalyan Shibir camps ran from 15 to 17 June 2026. Take the filled form along with photocopies of all documents, and collect the receipt from the office. Fill the form carefully because wrong details lead to rejection during field checking. The form asks for personal, household, and bank information in separate columns.

• Name of the applicant, name of head of family, date of birth, and gender.
• Full address with village or town, block, district, and pin code.
• Household ID linked to the Digital Ration Card, Aadhaar number, and EPIC or voter ID details.
• Bank account number, IFSC code, and branch name for the DBT payment.
• Number of family members, yearly family income, and employment status.
• PAN details and information about income tax or professional tax payment.

Application Checking Process

After submission, the application goes through a checking process. Block Development Officers look after rural applications, and Sub Divisional Officers handle urban ones. Officials also do field level enquiry to confirm the details. Names that clear the checking are sent to the District Magistrate for final approval. Once approved, ₹3,000 is credited to the bank account every month. Women who were already getting Laxmi Bhandar money are moved to the new scheme after this checking, and reports said they were also asked to fill the new form within 90 days.
