Key Features of App

New Benefit Structure in 2026
The Haryana cabinet approved changes to the scheme in early 2026. The monthly benefit stays at ₹2,100, but from the second month onward it is released in two parts. ₹1,100 is credited directly to the beneficiary's savings bank account, while ₹1,000 is deposited into a government-managed recurring deposit (RD) or fixed deposit (FD) account in the beneficiary's name. The RD/FD tenure will not exceed five years, and the full amount along with interest is paid to the beneficiary on maturity. If the beneficiary passes away during the deposit period, the amount and interest go to the nominated heir.
Eligibility for Lado Lakshmi Yojana
To receive benefits under this scheme, women must meet the following conditions:
- Must be a permanent resident of Haryana for at least 15 years. If married from another state, the husband should be living in Haryana for 15 years.
- Age should be between 23 and 60 years.
- Annual family income should be less than ₹1 lakh.
- Must have a bank account in her own name.
- Should not already be receiving pension or any other government monthly allowance.
In 2026, the government also added new eligibility categories. Mothers whose children study in government schools and score more than 80% marks in Class X or XII board exams, or achieve grade-level competency under NIPUN Bharat Mission in Class I to IV, are now eligible. Mothers who successfully rehabilitated their children from severe or moderate acute malnutrition, as verified by the Women and Child Development Department, are also covered. For these additional categories, the family income limit is extended up to ₹1.8 lakh as per FIDR. Mothers with more than three children are not eligible under this additional category.
