Haryana Labour Department Toolkit Purchase Scheme Form Online

Workers can now apply for the Haryana Labour Tool Kit Purchase Scheme online on SARAL Haryana portal. The process of applying through the E-Services section of hrylabour.gov.in has been shifted to the SARAL portal, which is the single platform for all Haryana government services.

STEP 1 - Visit the SARAL Haryana citizen registration page and create an account using your name, mobile number, email ID and Aadhaar number.

STEP 2 - Login to SARAL portal with the credentials you created and search for the "Tool Kit Purchase Grant Scheme" or "औजार खरीदने हेतु वित्तीय सहायता योजना".

STEP 3 - Open the scheme page, fill the online application form with your worker registration details and upload the required documents like Aadhaar card, bank account details, worker registration card and tool purchase bills.

STEP 4 - Submit the application and note down the application ID. After verification by Labour Department, the approved amount of Rs. 8,000 is transferred directly to the bank account of the worker.

Applicants can track the application status on SARAL status page using the application ID. SMS updates are also sent to the registered mobile number.

The candidates must follow the conditions given below to get the support under Labour Welfare Board Haryana Toolkit Purchase Scheme:

• The worker must be registered with at least 1 year of regular membership or subscription (पंजीकृत श्रमिक की एक वर्ष की नियमित सदस्यता).
• Applicant labourer must furnish the details of the cost, source and date wise equipment or tool kits purchase list (कीमत, स्रोत तथा तिथि सहित औजारो की सूचि बताते हुए वचन).
• This support amount of Rs. 8,000 to purchase toolkits for registered workers is given once in every 5 years. The maximum time a labourer can get this support is 5 in their entire working life. (यह सहायता पंजीकृत श्रमिक को पांच वर्ष में एक बार एवं कार्यकाल में अधिकतम पांच बार देय होगी)
