  • A copy of the Mother and Child Protection (MCP) card.
  • A copy of the birth certificate issued by the Registrar of Births and Deaths.
  • A copy of the schedule tribe certificate of the father or guardian, or the domicile or residential certificate.
  • A copy of the Aadhaar card of the parents or guardians.

Dulari Kanya Maturity Claim

When the girl turns 18, she has to submit a maturity claim application to the District Medical Officer. The claim is checked before the amount is released. The documents needed for the maturity claim are given below.

  • A copy of the Class X passed certificate along with a copy of the mark sheet.
  • A self-declaration about being unmarried on her 18th birthday.
  • A copy of the bank passbook opened in the name of the girl beneficiary in State Bank of India.
  • The withdrawal form filled by the girl herself.
