Eligibility Criteria for RTE Gujarat Admissions
The candidates must fulfill the following eligibility criteria to apply online for RTE Gujarat Admission 2026-27 and to get 25% reservation quota in admissions which is as follows:

What to do in case the school refuses admission
After the online admission is allotted, contact the school with the required documents. If the school still refuses admission, visit the office of the district education officer or the district primary education officer and submit a complaint.
Can the selection of schools be changed at the end of the first round of RTE admissions and before the second round
Yes. After the first round is announced, students who did not get admission can log in to the web portal with their application number and date of birth and change their school choice before the second round.
Can minority schools with case pending in the honourable Supreme Court be selected for admission
Such schools are shown on the portal for RTE admission. If a school refuses admission after allotment, strict action may not be possible as per the Supreme Court order. Admission in these schools depends on the final Supreme Court decision.
Which categories are allotted admission under RTE in order of priority

His birth date is 26th May 2012. Due to his problem in hearing we had admitted him late in 1st standard. As per his birth date he must be in 2nd standard at this time but right now we are taking admission in 1st standard.

સવિનય સાથ જણાવવાનું કે મારા પુત્ર ની આરટીઇ નો અરજી ક્રમાંક GJ/2020-21/RAJ/362893 છે.
જે તારીખ 22/08/2020 ના રોજ રાજકોટ જિલ્લા કક્ષાએ મંજુર થયેલ મેસેજ દ્વારા જાણવા મળેલ છે.
પણ મારી આ અરજીમાં હું એન.ટી.ડી.એન.ટી સર્ટીફીકેટ ઉમેરી શકેલ નથી... જે સર્ટિફિકેટ મને રાજકોટ માંથી 21 / 08 /2020 ના રોજ મળેલ છે જેનો સર્ટીફીકેટ નંબર 13386/ 2020 છે.
સર્ટીફીકેટ મને પાછળથી મળેલ હોવાથી હું મારી અરજી માં એ રજૂ કરી શકેલ નથી અને મારી આ આરટીઇ ની અરજી હું એડિટ પણ કરી શકેલ ન હોતો..
તો આપ સાહેબને નમ્ર વિનંતી કે આ સાથે જોડેલ મારુ એન.ટી.ડી.એન.ટી સર્ટીફીકેટ સ્વીકારી મને મારા બાળકના આગળના અભ્યાસક્રમમાં મદદરૂપ થશો બસ એવીજ આપની સહકારની આશા સાથે આપનો વિશ્વાસુ....
